I was very surprised at how fast I received the documents for Daisy may.
However though I did send an email asking if the price that I paid was for both my dogs because when I sent the initial paperwork I had both dogs names on the paperwork.
I received an email back saying that Sophie was added but no document came with her name on it or an answer if the price paid was for both or if it was more
Overall, a quick and easy process -- I received my ESA documents within about 3-4 days! The customer service team promptly made revisions to my forms. My only feedback is that my referall code would not work when given to a friend who also wanted to purchase an ESA document from this same website.

The timeliness was quick. I got everything that I paid for. My only issue is that the ID card is incorrect. My name is wrong and my dog's name is wrong. The certificate has it all spelled correctly (correct name and gender of myself and my dog). I don't understand how this could of happened. I will be contacting the company to get it corrected. If that had been correct I would of given 5 stars!
