Because I have 2 cats, 1st ESA approval letter was rejected by apartment complex, they wanted more explanation on reason for both cats. Support Pets issued 2nd letter quickly which was accepted by apartment complex.

First time traveling with my dog and the first flight to our destination was a nightmare.One week before our returning flight we decided to buy the the license. Service super fast and customer service was provided all through the process. Our trip back home was a delightful beautiful experience. Made the difference to be able to carry him through the airports and I spoke with the flight attendants and they even let me take him out for breaks! We now will be able to travel with him all the time! Why I didn't do it before, no idea. But super happy now!

Living has been really hard and having to move with my pets and not have options to move made stress worse for me. Feeling lonely when Im not with my dog or have to be without my pets in general because of travel and no pet policy. The communication was great at some points and bad at others, I paid for express delivery and it came almost a week or two after I filled out the documents they requested 3 times. The reps were very helpful when I could get a hold of them.
I had no problem getting my approval. Fast and easy. Can't thank them enough now I'll never have to leave my dogs alone.
