Filling out the questionnaire made me realize even more how much being able to have my dog with me really meant. The process was easy. After the doctor reviewed my answers, she did approve the certification. And it took less than 2 days. Now my boy can live with me, and I am able to take him pretty much anywhere.
It didn't take long to fill out the information. Support Pets kept us updated on all the steps. What to expect, how long it would take and they were available to answer any questions we had. The documents came in the timeframe promised. I would recommend using them to anyone I know needing to get their pet registered as an emotional support animal. I did actually send the info to a friend in need of this service. Thank you Support Pets for being on top of getting things done!

I happy to say the process was easy. The letters from the doctor we're professional and didn't invade my privacy. Iam disabled and coping with the stress is made easier with my cat. Worth the money 10 times over. Thanks

I renewed on line and digital card arrived in a few days! Very pleased! It's nice not to have to wait for physical card but since I didn't realize I would receive digital card, I wasted@$30 by ordering tge card. Oh well, now I know I did ask on chat what was included. Digital card not mentioned.
I've never had any issues with support pets but when I renewed my documents for this year, they misspelled my dogs breed which is no big deal mistakes happen, but they failed to fix it in a timely matter and it affected my moving plans.

Probably making it easy to point the documents. Once you get them and give you updates on. When you will save your products that you ordered and to be able to verify with somebody. Your order so that you don't wind up getting dupercepts

I've so far had a great experience using Support Pets to register my dog and cat as ESAs. Such an easy to use website and clear instructions, and great prices too! It said it wouldn't be available for 24 to 48 hours but I got the registration in the same day. Incredibly quick service that I appreciate!

As someone with severe anxiety this process is amazing I was able to fill out a survey online and I didn't have to be examined in person or over the phone which would have caused even more stress. Thank you Support Pets for making this as stress free as possible.

It was relativity easy, however there should be a phone number for customer support and the website should be easier to navigate as I couldn't find the product page at the time of requesting my documents as I would have bundled my purchase with a tag and card.

They got me my documents in less then 24 hours, I was able to bring Nala (my ESA approved cat) with my to the hotel while working out of town where they previouly denied me. I even sent a copy to my new landlord to get rid of my monthly pet deposit. I never knew than getting Nala approved after having her for 12 years!

Due to my health getting worse, I very much needed my pet with me at all times. I have seizures among other health issues and mental health issues and my ESA calms me and brings me so much comfort. Support Pets was so supportive! It's so easy too! You just fill out a questionnaire and it really just tells you exactly what to do from there. It's the simplest process ever! My experience as a mom of a rescue bully has been less than welcome me for my poor pup. The assumptions people make about this breed is so sad and undeserving. I am so thankful for support pets, and making my ESA process so easy. I am now able to take my sweet girl everywhere I go, and we couldn't be happiercouldn't be happier.
My daughter has two cats that give her so much comfort as she has sensory processing disorder. She is calmed by them laying on her. Their weight actually will take away anxiety and this was an easy process so we can have them with us in our house rental and for travel. It was a man easy and fast process.

I applied for this service for my dog. Gotta say it was very fast and easy. Had to answer a few simple questions and that was really it. I thought it would have been cheaper, but it is what it is. Received the documents via email immediately.

The documents were well presented and provided in a timely manner. Help needed in the event of landlord not accepting my letter and I have to make a choice of losing my home or losing my support dog. I have to either leave on the 30th or he does.

I needed to have the esa status for my dog done quick as they changed pet policy where i live.The whole process online took a very short time,was easy to do and had my esa documents emailed to me within 48hrs!The price was reasonable also!

I wanted to enjoy the process but the upsells and constant confusion over why I'm resubmitting forms and not sure if some of it is marketing that has nothing to do with my application or account is not pleasant.
But if everything comes as promised (even though it's been 48 hrs and I have not heard from the doctor yet.).
