Seemed to offer documents that are of more importance than other sites offered. Only thing i wish was different: I wish they would've included ID Tags, Leash or some sort of item besides just the paperwork, without the extra costs which I found their prices to be extremely high for any type of gear. You can get this certificate at other sites that come with everything: leash, vest, tags and alot more for only $10 more. However I decided to go with what I needed most and that was good documentation & fast turnaround. Thank you!
I was able to complete this process from the comfort of my own home. The team of experts this company has working behind-the-scenes were very helpful, prompt, and thorough.

My cat Miles had stage 4 kidney disease and the Monday right after Easter I had to put him to sleep. I only had him for 11 months and it was the best. I miss him dearly. If you want me to send the kit back please let me know. Thank you

It was the best experience I ever had because how quick it was to take care of the situation about my two cats and getting all the paperwork for my apartment to let them stay because they were my support cats and how happy I'm now.

I am still waiting on the approval from pet screening. Com. My apartment required a doctor and medical facility for the ESA letter which this company did not provide... so we will see if this purchase was worth it.

At first I wondered what happened because I didn't get an e-mail confirming my order. I then reached out and got a response almost immediately with a very nice person addressing my issues. Thank you so much. I appreciate you all in what is done to being more connected to your pet.
I was having issues with my debit card going through (my bank was blocking for possible fraud) - I tried so so many times & every single time, the total was going to be $107.99 because of a discount being offered. Well imagine this - when my card finally did go through, it was for $142.99. That extra discount offered was no longer check-marked! When I emailed, I was told I didn't choose the correct selection. But I never had to the previous times! I was told I'd hear back after it was reviewed & no one has contacted me. TYPICAL of these types of places, such false advertising & complete lack of customer service!
Super happy with how easy the whole process was but upset that I paid more for the same exact thing my boyfriend did and on top of it we were supposed to get a whole family bundle price yet I paid more. Tried to contact support but got no help. Otherwise happy with the site.

I admire what Support Pets does for those os if who need an ESA approval but the check out process is made purposely confusing so that you may keep piling charges for extra things you may or may not need without seeing the total amount you're spending. There isn't a formal cart at the end of it, just agreement after agreement. It almost feels like a scam website because of the way the payment process is formatted.

We are very satisfied with are experience getting our cat designated as an emotional support animal. Your system was very easy to navigate and the whole process was fast and efficient. The only issue I have now is the high amount of sales type emails we are receiving. If it continues I will need to opt out of receiving them.

However, I was supposed to be billed $87.00 for the deluxe package and was charged $107.99 and my understanding now is i have to order and pay for te leash. Vest and cards.

Very easy process to complete paperwork needed; was only a 2 day turnaround to get documents needed. Everyone was very professional when contacted/emailed, and they made sure to check on you to ensure you had everything you needed. Great experience!

Previous to this year it was great. This year we had to open a new bank account because for what ever reason your system all of a sudden didnt want to process the same card that I had used everytime before. Then theyre customer service help was check your funds and talk to your bank. The 10 exactly the same emails helped in no way what so ever. Luckily I was able to navigate but I cant guarantee next year.

So after looking on so many websites to try and get a ESA letter I finally came across support pets. I was really skeptical because I didn't want to get ripped off. But pet supports was so quickly to respond and kept me updated through the whole way. It was so fast. I got my letter in 2 days. I turned it with my landlord and they accepted it immediately. Thank you sooooo much pet support! My cat and I know can have peace of mind together.

I was recommended Support Pets by a friend who also has a dog who most apartments don't accept and almost had to consider giving up my furry friend because i had to keep a roof over my head but I don't have to make that choice anymore and he's welcome on so many more adventures with me than I thought possible!
