I ordered a pair of earrings on 3/16, got a shipment email on 3/18, soon after got an email that they received my package and just today that my refund is being processed. Excuse me - what? What kind of company is this? I'm glad I'm being refunded so I can make my purchase through a reputable jeweler.

I received my. 90 ct diamond solitaire pendant. Very beautiful, I can actually see the sparkling diamond when I move. It came with an 18 inch gold necklace. Very classy look and I am very happy with this diamond solitaire pendant that I have been wanting for years.
Ordering experience was simple but the product was not as advertised. It's a child size necklace, very tiny and the 18" chain is flimsy and cheap. It broke the first time I put the necklace on

Earrings are dope. Shine brighter than diamonds. The screw backs can be a bit better but nothing to complain about.
Shipping was fast but I bought the 1.45 colorless diamonds. Diamonds were cloudy sent back for a exchange. We will see what happens.
