Hi, i recently purchased a diamond ring from your site to be shipped to korea. i received a tracking number soon after and the item was shipped in good time, which i am quite satisfied with. but now the package is being delayed at customs in korea because they need an importer's registration id number for clearance. can you please advise on this? thank you. When my item arrived the parcel had a note to say that anything with a value of over £14 incurred a customs charge. In addition there was an international postage charge by Royal Mail. I had to pay Royal Mail £12.50 to release my item.

We only sell authentic items. Our items are all listed with the metal content. If an item is marked as 10K or 14K gold, then yes that is what it is.

Do not order from this company, bad business, rings are poorly represented on the site, what you received you'll be embarrassed to wear or give as a gift. Save yourself some greif and go to a store where you can see the product. Refund/credit is a joke. Don't waste your time.
