Ordered a clearance necklace on the 15th and received it on the 21st. Quick and easy order online and FedEx delivery.

Besides the one piece being miss advertise the rest of it was all right it would've been nice if I could I got a hold of someone that could've helped me but instead they just ignored me and the live chat said call in the morning talk to a manager and they would be able to help me and fix it instead it's been three days no word and now the piece is sold out
I ordered. 9 ct diamond earnings with screw backs. Got tiny ones with slide on backs. Left a voicemail and emailed on Friday at noon when I got them. It said they'd get back to me in 24 hours business days. It's now almost 8pm Monday and no call back or email. I'm about to file fraud with my credit card company.
The white gold chain that I ordered looked thicker on the website than what it actually is. I needed a stronger one. I have a pendent that is too heavy for this gold chain. I'm going to return it. It is a beautiful gold chain but not for what I want. Thank you

Beautiful stones. The screw backs are a little cheesy, we'll see how they hold up over time. Did not realize I ordered two pair, my mistake. But they are so pretty will gift the other ones.
