Purchased earrings that were originally 19.99 but with code sold for 10.00. Thought they would be thicker or heavier. Earrings are very thin and light weight. I guess that is what you get for 10.00. Thought they would be of a better quality.

The emerald looks synthetic. The description says that emerald is a natural oiled one but it looks more synthetic than natural. The appraisal did not come with my order so I requested it on 4/7. Customer service said the appraisal was sent on 4/8 and that I would receive within 5-7 days yet it's been almost a month and I have not received it. I have been asking for proof that it was sent but they don't show anything.
The ring is absolutely beautiful its definitely smaller then it looked in the pictures so I'd suggest getting the bigger diamond or a band to go around it, but its very pretty. I got is as a replacement since I lost my original ring my husband Decided to gift me with this for our 10th anniversary. I love it just wish the band was a bit thicker. All in all though ill definitely be shopping with them again the fast delivery was great loved all the updates and the box it came in was so cute!

I think that the site was easily accessible and products seem nice. My only complaint was that it was delivered in the mail box. I realize that it is unmarked, I would prefer that something of that nature and value be delivered at my door and possibly having to be signed for

The item was supposed to be a 1/2 carat and it was the same size as my 1/5 carat. When I inquired about it I was told by the supervisor Jason that he stood behind his product and if I didn't like it I could return the item. What kind of customer service is that especially from someone in a leader position.
