I love my earrings, exactly what I hoped they would be and arrived faster than expected.

I just receive the ring and it is big and beautiful!
The blue box was really wripped though.
But, inseide light blue box were nice!
I am so happy to get that we received that on
Christmas Eve!

Site can be difficult to move about, waiting to see it product is the real deal or just another retailer peddling bad products as good. Well I have the product in hand and I find that Super Jeweler's
Idea of carat size does not match other vendors. Super Jewerler's version is much, much smaller than their competitors'.
I want to return this product, not satisfied at all

At the last minute I realized I needed a gift. I literally ordered a gold chain from Super Jewelers the night of December 22, not anticipating it would even be here before the new year. Much to my amazement, I got a message indicating it would ship the very next day and that I would receive it soon. WOW! The package was delivered the morning of December 24 and I couldn't be more thrilled! The chain is gorgeous, the service was amazing and the price was better than any other place I looked. I placed the order on 12/23 with free 2 day shipping expected to go out on 12/29. SuperJewelers overnighted my order, at no additional cost, on 12/23 and it arrived at my home on 12/24. I bought two gold Singapore 16" necklaces, one from here and one from Zales. The one from Zales is solid gold and 10K. I can confidently say, the extra $100 or so I spent was not worth it. They look and feel identical, besides the yellow hue (I assume from the difference of 10K and 14K).

Great shopping experience will be ordering again in the future!

My ring came it was very beautiful. It looks just like the picture from your site but better you see all the sparkle and shine.

The chain it was too tiny and seems to be to delicate that might easily break, besides that everything it's ok

I ordered a gift on the 8th, and did 2 day shipping it showed it would be AT LEAST shipped out by the 15th. When the 15th came around not one update with my order still stuck in processing I talked to multiple representatives who apparently dont all work together? Possibly they work from home im not sure but each time they mislead me with what was going on with my order they told me it was being shipped the next day so it would be the 16th and nothing so I talked to somebody else who said the following monday which was the 20th and to wait so I said sure once again it came around and nothing. I talked to another rep who said a whole different story so the 21st I talked to them about 2est saying this was the LATEST you would be shipping it out and he said it will be shipped out today before 5est so okay cool I figured it was finally being resolved. Come to find out 7est I talked to another rep who said its not being shipped until the 23rd? None of the "service" team is on the same page wasted my time and now I have to source a new gift because they couldn't pull it together. Jason I suggest you learn how to properly navigate your service team so they're all on the same page I would be fine if you guys didnt bs me about my order this whole time.

Delivered as promised, just in time for Christmas.
