Booked a 1 night stay in Orlando. Was hesitant due to many negative reviews. Upon booking, confirmed with hotel directly. They provided me with actual confirmation numbers and we were all set.
Had zero issues eith Snaptravel. Saved 50% off published rates. Will definitely use again.
Refused to add my name to a booking for 2 people, originally booked in my partners name, hotel refused to let me check in. Snap would not give a reason for the refusal. Hotel said it was, booked via hotelbeds.com, even though I paid snap travel and only hotelbeds could change it. Snap also refused to give me a phone number for hotelbeds.com, citing bull about a,'security policy' It might well be hotelbeds.com equally at fault here. Either way, the art of customer service is completely gone out of the window. The hotel was Newyork Newyork in Vegas and they did nothing either, apart from try to rip me off for $500 for a new reservation.
The goal was to recieve a discounted hotel room. The customer service experience was a nightmare. Noone can help you because it has to be elevated to their "urgent care team" which deals with customer complaints.
3 hours later I have dealt with 4 different agents that say my case is being elevated and that they cannot help me. Stay away from using this 3rd party service, they cannot deliver what they are promising.

Great stay if you needed a place to stay for a night. Had a working Television and the up keep of the room was clean.
SnapTravel have zero customers service full fraud keep bailing you until they get your credit card number and they stop answering your call.

You think you're getting a great deal until you click on it and it says it's been "sold out". I literally clicked on EVERY DEAL and by "coincidence it's "sold out", but hey, there's rooms at regular price! Definitely a switch bait kind of site to get you looking for a "deal" that absolutely DOES NOT EXIST! No thanks, I'll use other platforms like HOTWIRE where there is actually a deal!

I used this app over the week and made 2 reservations in different cities and hotels with no issue. Based on the tax and service fees I did not see substantial savings, but I used it. In the third city, I made a reservation and noticed that I made the reservation in error. I was looking for a pet-friendly hotel, which it was not. Knowing that I would not be able to stay in the hotel, I tried to cancel within 5 minutes and the SnapTravel app had no cancelation. I jumped on the chat and the customer service rep said that she could not cancel, that it was listed. I mentioned that I made the reservation in error ($277.95) and nothing.
Lesson learned I will never be using this app again! I understand it's a business, however, there needs to be some flexibility in helping customers. I rather pay a little more and use (B***ing App).
Do not be tricked by the SnapTravel agents here wanting to follow up. It has been over a week and I have yet to hear back from them on "checking it out".

PAID for a room for June 11 Saturday night until Sunday June 12th. After traveling five hours away from home, by train, the lady at the front desk informed my husband and I that snaptravel over booked and there were no rooms available. I contacted snaptravel and there agents kept telling me they would call back. It is now Wednesday June 15th and I am still waiting for a "urgent" care assistant of snaptravel to figure out that I was left stranded on the street in the middle of Philadelphia on a Saturday night (where every other hotel also had no rooms available) conveniently it took snaptravel 10 seconds to take my money, but over 4 days now to even call me back about a refund. Totally disappointed. Will never use again. This is the first review I've ever done on any company before because that's how disgusted I am and quite frankly pissed off.

I received a text where I was supposed to get a $30 discount and when I clicked there link. Rates where higher than if i searched myself. I have the conversation screenshots how they keep twisting the story and rates etc. I wouldnt recommend them to my grandchild. Unfortunately I can only upload one photo. I have used a few different sites to get deals, found 1 and have been using every since, until a week ago I was searching for a hotel and stumbled on snaptravel they had a better price and no undercover hidden fees the price was the price and it was a good one. Now I'm hooked on something new snaptravel
My experience with SnapTravel was terrible! It is a scam. Several hours after booking a hotel reservation with SnapTravel, my plans changed and I called to cancel the reservation. I was told I that they couldn't find my reservation and that I had never been charged, so not to worry. But the charge was on my credit card. So I called back several times and got the same response. Then I called the hotel directly and canceled the reservation, but was told that since I paid through SnapTravel, SnapTravel would have to issue the refund. When I called SnapTravel back, they told me that since I canceled through the hotel, they would not give me a refund, even though they had been unable to to cancel through SnapTravel. Next, when I tried SnapTravel's email support, I was told that it was now too late to get a refund. But I had called them to cancel within hours of making the reservation, and they told me that I didn't have a reservation to cancel. When I inquired again by email, they said they were looking into it, but didn't get back to me, and didn't respond to further email inquiries. I would recommend that anybody looking to book a hotel room does it through another site and not SnapTravel. You're taking you're chances with SnapTravel. At least don't expect to be able to cancel, and don't expect any customer support.

This company is greedy. I've tested positive covid with 2 separate covid tests. I emailed to see if I can get any help and the representative told me that my tests are invalid and she needs a different type of document to help dispute my reservation. These companies have the power to cancel reservations, give full refunds, and modify reservations but they would rather give u the run around. Will not be booking through snaptravel again. They're inconsiderate of their customers.

I made a booking through snaptravel and made immediate payment for the booking. Only to be left red faced at the reception on arrival and being told that my reservation was cancelled. When contacting snaptravel promises are made with no avail. No agent calls back and all of them makes the same promises of calling back in a dew minutes. This is a scam and alot of people fall for this and get scammed out of their monies.

After getting a room for about $70 within walking distance of Disney Springs I was Psyched. The takes brought it up to $89 (no worries). When I got to the hotel I gave them my name and ID and they charged me a $39 "resort fee" and wanted a $75 deposit for incidentals, which they waived. I said the voucher say's "no additional charges or fees for the room" but it follows the statement with 'except resort fees incidentals, ancillary items' What a load of crap! Then there was a $28 parking fee. The old adage remains "if it sounds too good to be true it usually is.

Snaptravel charge me $400.00 more for a one room resort. When I call them to get my $400.00 back they gave me the bullsh##t talk. It supposed to be two rooms, they only book one room, so when I got to the resort I have to purchase another room for $400.00 less. You can see that SnapTravel charge me $1423 and the resort charge me $1089. The same day I got there.

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
