I came to this website as a new customer and was able to check out in less than 5 minutes, which was great! The website was considerably less then other sites as well. The only criticism I have is that they should list the amount of the deposit and any other fees in bold, where they can be seen and considered before booking.

I find you site a bit complicated and difficult to navigate-- wiht no one in customer service to call for help. And generally while I'm trying to find information rates are constantly changing getting more expensive. So I always feel the need to rush to book without the ability to find the info I need, including how to apply my rewards, cashback and Super+ benefits. It happened again on the reservation I just made with confirmation number B_*******. Confirmation number B_******* is for my 2nd hotel booking in the last week. I want to apply my rewards from my prior stays but couldn't figure out how to. Please help and apply to my Confirmation Number B_******* together with any other Super+ benefits that should have been applied given my Super+ Account. Thank you! Their site froze when I tried to pay. I had to launch a new session to get the site to respond. After booking, I was charged twice. They refuse to refund me, saying both bookings (for the same hotel for the same night) are non-refundable. I ended up having to dispute thru my bank. I will never use them again!

Every time I book through Super.com I always get the best rates possible. The only thing I can't get to do is to book through the app, but online booking works fine. Wish I could do it through the app though, but it doesn't have the option to verify through WhatsApp.
After booking, they tell me it is a non-refundable booking, even though I KNOW I selected no such option. Imagine losing a family member and then being told "Oh too bad, we see here this is a non-refundable booking. That's why our rates are so low!" Scumbag scammers.

Less than 1 star! Booked a 1-night stay with the insurance that stated No-Hassle/worry-free 100% refund. And 10 hours later, I need to cancel due to a family concern. They push you to a broken process that wants your BANK ACCOUNT information, even if you used a credit card. I refused to upload that information, so I went to chat, and they said that is their process, then they discontinued the chat. I tried to call them, but the phone number is no longer in service. Then I did some research on Reddit and found another number that worked, but they still will not refund my "no-hassle/no worry" insured stay for any reason. The insurance did not work; they wanted "proof" and a doctor's note (ummm, HIPAA?) to confirm. The lady kept pushing back and said that it's their process to obtain my bank account information. I asked her if she would feel comfortable giving her bank account information if she used a credit card, and she wouldn't answer the question, because she knows that's a bit shady. Then they signed me up for some $15/month membership that I did not sign up for, and that was incredibly difficult to cancel as well. Their process was broken, and you had to talk to someone for 20 minutes to get it cancelled. Lastly, there is a high potential for them to double charge you, as I have seen on my PayPal report, but I am waiting to see if it processes. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Learn from my $250 mistake.

This app is a scam. I recently used to book a hotel for travel the whole time believing I was booking a room at the quality Inn after each hitting view hotel information seeing the hotel and address of a hotel. I was happy to book after putting in my credit card number. I got a text saying thank you for booking super 8 they refused to refund the money, even with pictures showing I was booking for the quality inn this is definitely a scam and false advertisement.

I booked a hotel through Super.com, 5 days later, they attempted to charge my card $15 for a "Super+" membership I never knowingly signed up for. Fortunately, my card declined the transaction.
Upon investigating, I discovered numerous similar complaints from other users who were unknowingly enrolled in this membership and faced unauthorized charges.

I booked a hotel with super.com on 12/11/2024 for 01/08/2025. When I got to the hotel, The front desk told me I had no reservation. I called super.com customer service, and I was asked if they could book another hotel for me. I agreed but I did not hear from them from about 4pm till 1:35am, I have to pay for the night, in the morning I called them again, and asked to speak with a Supervisor, she told me that, I should pay for my whole stay as booked, that she will handle it and give me my refund for the extra cost. I have not received any extra cost till this date even after my bank refunded me the original cost only.

They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
