I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHAM COMPANY AGAIN! I BOOKED WITH THEM FOR A THE UPCOMING MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND IN KEY LARGO. I GOT A CONFIRMATION AND VOUCHER ASSURING ME THAT EVERYTHING WAS BOOKED AND ALL I HAD TO DO IS SHOW UP AND SHOW THEM MY VOUCHER. I TRIED CONTACTING THE HOTEL ABOUT A SPECIAL REQUEST AND THEY HAD NO INDICATION I HAD A ROOM RESERVED. I SPENT THE NEXT THREE DAYS GOING BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN SUPER.COM AND THE RESORT WITH NO RESOLUTION. SUPER.COM KEPT TELLING ME THEY WERE HAVING TROUBLE CONTACTING THEIR "TRAVEL PARTNER" TO GET THE HOTEL CONFIRMATION NUMBER. IT'S NOW AFTER 10 PM MY TIME AND I JUST HUNG UP WITH SUPER.COM WHO NOW TELLS ME THERE ARE NO ROOMS LEFT AT THE HOTEL. THREE DAYS AGO, I COULD'VE BOOKED THROUGH A REPUTABLE COMPANY OR DIRECTLY WITH THE HOTEL AND AVOIDED THIS, BUT SUPER.COM STRUNG ME ALONG AND NOW THE ENTIRE RESORT IS COMPLETELY SOLD OUT AND I HAVE TO FIGURE OUT WHERE I'M GOING TO STAY SO I DON'T HAVE TO SLEEP IN MY RENTAL CAR. THEY APOLOGIZED FOR THE "INCONVENIENCE" AND I TOLD THEM THAT WAS A SERIOUS UNDERSTATEMENT FOR THE POSITION THEY'VE PUT ME IN, AND IF I WANTED TO LET THEM WASTE MORE OF MY TIME, I WOULD LITIGATE, BECAUSE NOWHERE IN THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS DOES IT INDICATE MY CONFIRMED BOOKING MAY NOT ACTUALLY BE RESERVED.
This was my first time booking through Super.com. If I'm being honest, I'd never heard of it previously; but I ended up highly satisfied with the results and have already recommended to several friends. The reservation went seamlessly, and the deal I got was incredible!
My family and I were skeptical because the deal was too good to be true, but we were pleasantly surprised! The hotel was beautiful, the deal was beautiful, and we were given a discount code on top of that. It was awesome, will definitely be checking this out for future traveling.

We missed our flights coming home from Central America. It was beyond our control, and very expensive. We had to stay over to catch new flights the next day. We found a hotel on line. It quoted a room with an acceptable price, but when we went to book, the taxes and fees were added on and it was then unaffordable. My husband was discouraged and talked about sleeping at the airport.
I went to super.com found the same hotel, the same room, only even cheaper than the original amount. I booked the room.
It was so easy, we were skeptical, almost expecting it to be a scam, but 20 minutes later we were checked in without problem. We had a great stay, in a great place for $70 cheaper than the original quote.
We were very pleasantly surprised.

On the same day super.com got me a hotel room for a lower rate than I could get from the hotel as a member of their rewards program! The service is easy to use and I received the discount without having to join anything.

Answer: Both motels were okay with changing the reservation that was wrong we made in Arizona to putting the reservation to the motel in Lewiston Idaho but these idiots wouldn't help and switch it kept my $75 and I didn't get a room when I asked to speak to the supervisor or higher up manager they refused and hung up on
Answer: They are a horrible company and with horrible customer service. They talk down to you and even when their website is wrong and they book your room different than what you picked online, they refuse to help you fix it. They threaten you with nonrefundable and if the hotel wants them to call and cancel they will not. They ask for a written letter from the hotel. Really the worst travel site around. You think you are saving money and you truly are not, you are not getting what you think you paid for and then they have the nerve to ask for a huge tip because they tried to help save you money.
Answer: It's a joke! They say they will connect you with a Specialist and then the same person emails you giving you the run around. They're still "investigating".
