If you are fine with not receiving a full refund when you return an item, order from this company. They sent me a picture of a dress with 3 stains on it that they claimed I had put on the dress. Even after showing them a picture I took of myself in the dress stain free, they still claimed that I had damaged their dress so along with the $10 shipping costs, I was charged a 30% restocking fee. I asked multiple times for them to take a picture of the full dress with the stain on it and they refused. The closeup picture they showed me looked like completely different fabric. Horrible customer service and the most dishonest company. Will never ever order from them again!

Do not order from this website you will regret it the customer service is so horrible. They don't even ship you your dresses and it's such bad quality do not order their stuff.

I bought items on a Sunday after 9:30pm PST. I requested refunds within 2 weeks (Sunday around 8pm PST). However, the online system said that I was outside of their 14-day window. I contacted them on multiple platforms (via Amazon Pay, social media, website contact form). No ability to refund the items. This business is NOT trustworthy.

That said, the items definitely feel like cheap fabric. All of these dresses are made of polyester. They have a clammy type of feeling in your hands. Furthermore, even if the print was cute, the cuts were not. For reference, I am slender/normal (BMI 20-21). They are cut for people with very, very straight figures or very large breasts. A straight midi dress (size small) ended up too tight around the hips and loose around the chest. An A-line midi dress (size small) ended up too loose around the hips and too loose around the chest.

I recently purchased a top that I love but it's too big. I have emailed them 4 times with no response. So disappointed in the service I have received.

I ordered a beautiful dress on a Tuesday, and got it super fast - 3 days later and I'm in NJ! Upon receiving it, I realized it was a bit too big. I called to start the process of exchanging it. I told Lizzette- (the Customer Service rep) I needed the dress soon because I'm going to an event next week. Long story short: she said "no worries" and sent me the dress to receive in two days while the other dress was still in transit back! BTW- I didn't pay for any shipping charges! I thought that was amazing! You won me as a customer SugarLips- ill give you my business any time I can! Keep up the good work!
