I ordered a beautiful dress on a Tuesday, and got it super fast - 3 days later and I'm in NJ! Upon receiving it, I realized it was a bit too big. I called to start the process of exchanging it. I told Lizzette- (the Customer Service rep) I needed the dress soon because I'm going to an event next week. Long story short: she said "no worries" and sent me the dress to receive in two days while the other dress was still in transit back! BTW- I didn't pay for any shipping charges!
