Subway, 4A Hamilton Court, Topsham ME, branch *******-0, order was 2/21/2025 at 5:43PM in a branch that was dead.
The branch was very dead. One person ordering, no line, and only two orders on the take out rack. We placed a web order, and the employee did a very job representing you. One sandwich for a type1 diabetic was a ham on wheat had the wrong sauce, no olives ordered, no spinach which was ordered, the wrong cheese, and they put onoios which were not ordered.The gross yellow sauce not ordered was put on so thick that it oozed out. The second sandwich was spinach, ham, Swiss cheese on white w tomatoes, onion and green pepper and banana pepper w honey mustard. This sandwich was wrong, had no spinach, no tomatoes, a weird ranch tan colored dressing that was not honey mustard, way way to many onions, was missing the green pappers, and 3/4 of a cup of banana peppers (gross!) and olives, which were not ordered. This branch is consistently low quality and has inept employees. Their apathy and mean spirited behavior of trashing our dinner was offensive. I don't want a coupon for a free sub, I do demand that you fire your managers and get someone willing to low paid staff accountable. They do not deserve their pay or the ridiculous benefits Maine forces you to pay. They do deserve to fired and get poor references when they apply for other jobs.
The sandwiches I ordered and received last night at Subway #*******-0 location in Columbia, MS was awful and seeing as how 2 footlongs cost almost $25.00 these days, they will not have to worry about me wasting my time and money going back. The steak and cheese sub is now Philly meat which could very well be dog meat, just aweful. Unimpressed with the quality of it all.

I don't appreciate employees not paying attention!When you ordered 16.00 worth and gets home and it's not your Sub you ordered.I calls the store and they said we can give you credit for our mixed up,oh really? I said l be over in 10 mins and for you to get my order correct this time.Sorry l should had went to Fire Sub instead at least l would have been able to eat my dinner at 630pm it was an hour later! I won't be back in 2024
So I used to love Subway, recently they have changed, they've covered their meat. I don't like ham, I used to be able to trade ham for turkey. Today I got charged $3.50 for 4 slices of turkey. My husband likes double meat, he got a cold cut combo with double meat, it was $3.50 I got home, opened my sandwich after being told I had to pay for double meat for 4 slices of turkey, and was immediately upset. I don't eat the whole sandwich anyways, but when I opened the sandwich and saw the roast beef, I thought wow, maybe I should have bought double roast beef. Come on Subway, lose the meat shield! You are hiding what you are putting on the sandwich!
Ordered two footlong Subs from Solihull Retail Park Shirley, using to click collection App. Both were make wrong. When I called the store I was met with attitude from the so called Manager. So I complained to Subway directly in writing and got No help of feedback whatsoever. Very disappointing and I will find somewhere else to buy lunch from in future!

Loved subway until they started cutting back on the amount of meat they put on our sandwich. They now have their employees slice and determine how much meat to put on the sandwich. We are getting about 2/3 of meat as we used to. I have not ate at subway in about 6 months and have no intentions doing so... very disappointed
Almost done checking out my 3 foot longs and they cancelled let a customer cut in line ahead of me then tried to overcharge me on a second round. Unacceptable! Corporate will not answer my complaint. I figure Subway just doesn't care about customers or service any more.
I went to the Subway location at 300 to come see road East. I believe it's store 207 Windsor Ontario. Unfortunately, they were very, very rude to me. The gentleman who served me tried to keep my change and refused to give it to me until I got upset when I called to make a complaint. The manager Jessica basically just told me. Oh, sorry, we're human, we make mistakes. Trying to keep my money is not a mistake. It was purposely done I will never. Go to another Subway around here again. And I wish I could prove my purchase. But they did not give me a receipt either. This is the worst service I've ever had..
It's like I'm trying to snipe a drop that is going to be sold out in the next 5 seconds. Accessing any information on the website is almost impossible since nothing works. Can you increase your server budget? It feels like the maximum capacity is 3 users at a time and the servers are located in the Bermuda Triangle.

Ordered Titan Turkey and had 5 thins slices of turkey on the sandwich. Ordered the Italiano and had 4peices of meet barely any vegetables selected and wasn't toasted as ordered. Each time I order the sandwiches get worse and worse. Think I'll go somewhere else.
Although there were some glitches involved with the ordering process, the issue was resolved in a positive way. Thanks to Pearl. She was fabulous! She went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She contacted me and made several phone calls back and forth between store location and myself. Impressive. She was happy, apologetic and determined to make it right. And she did make it right. Delighted with her dedication to excellent customer service. Her ability to resolve the issue in a timely, conflict free manner is commendable. She made me feel encouraged and valued as a customer. Stress free solution. Appreciated Pearl! No problems with delivery driver. Food was still very warm. Order was correct, and nothing was missing. The presentation of my order was made and packed with care. It tasted fantastic! Great job team! Will definitely order from this KW location again!
We visited subway in howell today, our server was the nicest lady i have ever met, and the food was delicious, the service was amazing. Thank you to all subway workers! ALSO always be kind. For those of you look down on subway, think again..
About six weeks ago, I visited my local Subway. According to the hours displayed in the window at the store, it was supposed to be open. But it was completely closed and dark inside.
So, I contacted Subway's "digital" customer service (you can't talk to a live person) about this matter. Well, even though I got an automated e-mail receipt, no representative ever contacted me--even after six weeks!
Apparently their "customer service" is permanently out to lunch.
My wife and I went to Walmart and her blood sugar was low so i suggested a six inch sub. She ordered roast beef, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I was shocked at the price of $7.99 plus tax of.56 cents. $8.55 for a 6 inch sub! That price is about double what it should be. October 12,2023 is officially the last time we ever eat a Subway sandwich. Never again.
My son and I ordered a ft long pizza sub! And when opening it up ready to eat a fruit fly was jumping on the bread acting like hed been stuck inside the wrapping! So grossed out! Usually the service and food is wonderful there!
I stopped into my local subway and bought a 6" roast beef sub. Just the sandwich which cost me $10.00. I went to open it to eat. Picture of sandwich. Unbelievable! I asked for extra meat. This is what I got for my money
Ordered a 12" Roast Beef with bacon at the Subway in Forest City, NC. The clerk put 3 thin slices of meat on the bread. When I complained about how skimpy it was, the arrogant owner said, "If you want more meat, she would have to charge you $4.00 more. Which do you want, $1.50 or $4.00?" He then proceeded to put one more thin slice on the sandwich.The shame of it is that, back in the day, SUBWAY made sandwiches that looked as good as the ones in the TV ads. I have had similar experiences in NJ. I now make better sandwiches at home for a lot less. If anybody from Subway is listening, or gives a darn, wake up. It's time to have a conversation with the owners who use the SUBWAY name, before it's too late.
