Place an order through the app.
The employees called me to tell me they did not have a working toaster oven I requested they cancel my order no toaster oven it's not Subway. They actually put the order through like I received it. I had to put a fraudulent charge against the store in order to get my refund. I still haven't gotten my tokens back that I used. I contacted Subway corporate I did get an email from the DM and he never followed through on anything. Very dissatisfied with this store. And because they do not follow through I will let everybody know of my experience. If I operated my business the way they do theirs I would not have a business.

Over the past few years, I've visited Subway mostly because they were in convenient locations but I've never been crazy about them. The last time I was in WalMart, Bryan Texas, I knew that would be the last time. They were really skimpy on ingredients and the cost was crazy high. Definitely no value. I walked out of there knowing that I'll never eat at a Subway again. There are a lot of much better subway shops out there.

695 Eastern Avenue Malden Ma *******, SUBWAY Store, the Guy over there is very very rude when i was pickup my order. It seems that the Guy just arrived from out of the country.
This happened last 1655 Hrs Sept. 10,2022.
Strongly suggest no to go back in the that store

The last few times I have ordered have been dismal disappointments! I don't recall ordering vegetable/vegan sandwiches YET that's all that's there in the sandwiches! A paltry serving of meat. I literally was able to count the last pieces of chicken in my six inch sandwich "4" pieces! SO what did I pay for? This is consumer theft! Pay the same or more and get less! I really liked the subway sandwich but at this rate NO MORE! Sick of being robbed left and right! Consumer is constantly getting shafted!

Subway does not have "Meat" all their so called "Meat" is processed Turkey.
Don't go there! It really is just a Big Scam! If you order online, when you get there your sandwich will be wrapped and you won't get what you ordered.

I get great service on my local subway, and the choice of options is pretty good. The produce is always fresh and the meat is also fresh. I will often order a salad made to order because of that fact. The morning flatbread breakfast flatbread range is something new for me, but if they extend those options, it will be fantastic. They started serving wraps a while ago, which cost a little bit more, but are well worth it. The price of the item can often get very steep depending on the sandwich option, but with some careful planning, a customer can get a very good meal with minimal costs.

These people won't accept any coupons. So if you're trying to save up money with what they offer. Good luck with that. Looks like they're trying squeeze in their beloved California money.

Been in contact via email several times with no response from Subway headquarters in regards to my issues in regards to catering and tokens. It's very unfortunate that Subway corporate does not value their customers to not even acknowledge or respond to a customer concern.

I was going to only give 4 stars but decided on 5. They really are good and I have never received bad service, except for one time. I asked the employee to do something with my tomatoes which I can not remember but he basically through a fit. And it was something that he really should not have gotten mad about. But that was just an ignorant person which only happened one time years ago so I felt Subway still deserves a 5 star. You have plenty of choices of what to put on your sandwich and the employees are pretty much willing to add what you want with the extras that you want. If you want more mayo ask and they are happy to add more, if you want more lettuce ask and they will add it. So you end up with a real tasty sandwich.

Every location I go to near me says they do not have it. We have 5 locations near me and not one Carries it! How are they supposed to advertise it being the healthier choice but not put something out there for people who can't have gluten? Select locations my $#*!

The Subway sub rolls taste like old hot dog buns without flavor or texture!
Subway needs to bake their rolls like a Italian sub roll.
We refuse to eat them. So terrible. I might as well buy hot dog buns and make my own sub sandwiches

Arrived at designated time to pick up order fir my son's graduation open house. No order. No refund. No free delivery to venue site after they promised refund and delivery. Called to inquire about order delivery just prior guests arriving. They said they had decided that they could not do this. Had to drive clear back across town to pick up food. No apologies given.

Subway used to be a go to midweek dinner, when we tired of homemade. We frequented the Arvada outlets and frequently with coupons.

Bread has been consistently good but deli items have become sparse and greens tired. Customer service today was "We don't honor coupons" and "I'm on break, my coworker will be back at five."

My question to Doctors Associates: Why do you publish coupons if your franchisees won't honor them and don't they understand there are alternatives to Subway

Eat fresh! And make an Italian sub sandwich at home for less than Subway's regular price.

The local subway on Best does not take coupons anymore, I bought a wrap ( which was not covered on coupon and I knew that) they did inform me that they stopped taking coupons though ( I did I not present one but I did ask about coupons. I looked it up and they do advertise coupons in a local advertisement that if you bring in they will not accept. Bummer, don't think I want to go there because of that. Didn't save receipt. Doesn't matter. The wrap was soggy when I got home. Live 10 min away. Will not go back again. Couldn't see through glass to see what dressings I could have. I thought it was distortion. No, not clean. Ick!
