I had a very unpleasant encounter with the staff member at Fishhawk Subway. I ordered a meal yesterday for lunch to go. They forgot some items. My office is literally across the street. I called 2 minutes later literally when I got to my office. I was unable to leave work again to get it at that time. The cashier, who was the hostile one I am talking about here, remembered immediately but pushed me off to another employee, Anthony, who was great. Anthony also remembered, indicated he would leave a note for when I came to retrieve those items - cookies, seriously something so small. I thanked him. Today when I went to have the items picked up, the cashier who had been less than pleasant the day before was even ruder today. I asked for Anthony, the employee I spoke with the day before, He said he didn't know who I was saying his name so casually. I said Anthony gave me his name! I told him I understand he didn't want to or couldn't help me so I asked for his manager's name and he flat out refused to give it to me and would not give me his name either although I knew who he was. Just flat out refused and then hung up on me. Had said no one else was in the store but him but he wouldn't give me his manager's name so I could speak with them later. Kept saying there is a customer service number on my receipt. Well, guess what, there is no number for customer service on my receipt. Only a survey link. Told me I could keep calling but he wouldn't answer the phone.- for four lousy cookies. I did find out there were other employees in the store with him as I had sent someone to pick them up - which is why I called in the first place - and he heard the entire exchange and was appalled. It isn't the cookies, because I told him I didn't want to be reimbursed for them. I just wanted the cookies. If he couldn't help me, just give me his manager's name so I could address it with them later. No big deal right? Wrong! His ugly, hostile and aggressive attitude angered me greatly because there really wasn't any cause for it at all! I normally would even have let the stupid cookies slide but the disrespectful and hostile attitude was intolerable and just uncalled for. The youth today...Wow! I have been going to that Subway for years. Won't ever go there again and will make sure to share my story with everyone. Beware! Don't leave without checking your bag to make sure you have everything in it.
I ordered Corn & Peas Sub with Jalapeños Olives & Lettuce and did not select Onion & Tomato as my choice. However, it came with Onion, Tomato, Capsicum, A few black olives & some Celery but there was NO CORN OR A Single PEA Inside. When I called these guys at Kharar Mohali through Zomato App, the lady picked it and when I tried to raise a complaint that I didn't get what I ordered She asked me not to Argue however I was only trying to explain her what I ordered & what I got when I was hungry and I got really unhappy & disappointed with their Service & Customer Service too! I would put a Google Review Against Subway & Zomato both. Zomato called me but they said they can only refund me 97 rupees whereas I ordered a sub for 209 rupees + taxes extra. And other order was Peri Peri Chicken Sub + Iced Tea but they sent us Mirinda Can with it. I am highly disappointed today with their service. They must Stop Selling Food & Their Showrooms Must Shut Down if they cannot even listen to a customer Query or lodge a complaint or even give us another order or refund. Zomato calls and tells us they can only give us a refund of 97 rupees which is totally unacceptable for me at least. I am still hungry however I will make something for myself but would never order & use Zomato or Subway! They were smart enough to not send us a bill today. I wont put the store number only saying in the circle k on sunset harbor and 441 in summerfield florida *******... So the subway I worked at is shady and dirty and likes to serve old bread all day to customers when corporate says to discard old bread no later then 11am either your on the mangers best friends list or ur not... Her assistant manager had a bad day she called it at 8oclock in the morning on a sunday thats very slow anyways because she was upset she had a customer while she was doing prep and her and the customer got into a verbal disagreement because the assistant manager was throwing herself and she shut the whole store down... Ummm? Where I come from customers come first and they are always right and if my assistant manager closed the damn store she wouldnt have a job. But I guess you have to be friends with the backstabbing talk behind the employees backs to other employees managers friends... then you have shift leader that her mom is the mangers best friend so she dont have to do $#*! but come in 15 to 20 minutes late everytime she works and never gets in trouble or wrote up and both still have their jobs because they suck $#*! with Laurie...(literally) they are all slow nobody can stand nobody unless you are part of the group of 3 slobs that call each other managers. They do prep all day night prep? Where I come from and where I always have worked all the prep is done in the morning so the understaffed crew at night dont have to do it... because they are supposed to clean properly for the next crew... WRONG not there... you come in the next day the toaster oven handle and paddle are filthy and nasty the cookie display is filthy and nasty your supposed to pull the line everynight so the bains have time to cool down and unthaw until morning so you can have a fresh clean line presentably shall say. The night crew refuses to pull bread at night so the manager runs around like a idiot in the morning to do prep and bread that they never finish in the first place? So this is where i come in and think of how was i to know i had to suck your $#*! to make it at your subway? Im glad I quit really I am I have less stress of having to come pick up your slack and your slow sloppy staff... I hope you and your shift leader have a excellent time on your cruise while you know you understaffed and you have been on 4 vacations since December 2021? They are poorly trained and the manager should be fired because she sucks at her job. She has meetings and tells everybody to show up because when shes on vacation she will not answer the phone... BTW she knows her assistant manager doesnt answer the phone either nor the shift leader leaving everybody stressed the F out... but she dont care she gets her pay check and more then half of the employees tips... AWESOME managing... maybe you should let your staff that actually work have your tips... perhaps to buy some minutes for her phone or some pants with no holes in them especially since she dont obviously own underwear and you can see her $#*! through her pants. The same assistant manager that still has her job after fighting with a customer and closing subway down... im sorry I couldnt be more help to you and your horrible staff or your clown friend... oh ps im sure you havent had time in your busy schedules to see your reviews on her $#*!ty attitude and bad hygiene but again thats none of my business though. She looks like a clown on Halloween everyday of the week and lays all over the glass when its closed bitting her lip like shes super cute... you look sloppy... but thats none of my business though... anyways have a great life sincerely yours truly Felicia
I like to give favorable ratings, but I don't hesitate to give flaming bad reviews when I have an experience like this one! I don't recommend anyone visiting this location. Note... the employee was not wearing a mask.

My fiancé and I visited this location recently. We had the most horrible experience ever experienced at a Subway. We ordered two footlong sandwiches using a BOGO coupon, and at the register my fiancé told the cashier that we would be drinking water with our sandwiches. My fiancé requested to get double meat in his sandwich, and was told that he could not use the coupon and pay extra for double meat. He was told that if he wanted extra meat, I would have to pay full price without using the coupon at all. At the register I was not given any special cups for water, so I took two of the smallest cups available near the register and proceeded to fill them with water.
After I sat down, my fiancé examined the receipt for our food because the total seemed to be too high. He noticed that we were charged almost $5.00 for two cups of water. When he brought this to the attention of the cashier, he was told that the water is free but the 2 cups cost almost $5.00. REALLY?
I asked to speak to the manager about this, because I have never been charged for a cup of water at Subway. The cashier told me that he is the manager and that the charge is what it is supposed to be and refused to change the charge. He was very belligerent and was shouting at both my fiancé and myself in front of other customers about how we were wrong. My fiancé explained to him that he had informed him at the register that we would be drinking water, and he told my fiancé that he did not hear him telling him we would be drinking water.
During the shouting match, he then showed us some special cups that were hidden under the counter which were supposed to be for free water and told us that we should have asked for those cups.
Customers should not have to know to ask for special cups for free water when placing an order. The cups should be available on the counter just like the other cups.
At this point, since he was not going to do anything about the charges, I requested to have the franchise owner's phone number so I could discuss the matter with the owner. This brought a startled look on his face, and he scrambled to refund the amount of the drinks and then began to try and engage us in small talk for the remainder of our visit.
After returning home, I went to the Subway customer complaint site in the Internet and filled out a complaint and requested that the franchise owner contact my fiancé, and not to be contacted by any store employee. I did not give any details about the visit, I just requested for the franchise owner to contact my fiancé.
My fiancé received an email the next day apologizing for the matter and informed him that he had shared my feedback with his team to prevent this from happening in the future. Since I had not put any details in my complaint about my experience, I suspected that the email was from the same individual who we had been in a shouting match with. My suspicions were validated when my fiancé called the requested number in his email and he recognized the person's voice who answered the phone as the person who had identified himself as the manager. On the phone, he then identified himself as not the manager, but as the franchise owner. My fiancé asked him which title he had, and he waffled back and forth between the two titles. It was almost as if he did not know what his title really is.
He offered to call back later in the afternoon. I'm still really upset about the verbal abuse we were subjected to and my fiancé told him not to bother.
This is the first time we have ever ordered a footlong sub from Subway and actually was hungry when I finished the sandwich.
Mr Chirag M Patel (the manager?/owner?) has made sure we will never visit this location again, and also go out of our way to share what a horrible experience we suffered at his hand.
Stay away from this location!
UTTERLY REPULSIVE THE MANIJOR ISNT VERY GOOD I HAVE WATCHED HER MAKE CARELESS MISTAKES. THE RESTURANT IS DIRTY SHE HAS A 3YR OLD AND IS BASICALLY MARRIED TO A CHILD MOLESTOR AND DOESNT CARE WHAT HE DID TO A 5YR OLD AND SHE STILL MONEY FOR GAS FOR HER TRUCK AND FIRES RANDOM PEOPLE SHE COMPLAINS ABOUT HER STAFF MEMBERS LIKE JENNY AND HER BROTHER ROBERT AND SHE ALWAYS TALKS BAD ABOUT HER KIDS DAD WIFE THAT WORKS WITH HER AND IS HIGH RISK PREGNANT.
