I placed an order for a AVO Throttle controller and my credit card was charged. Then I receive a message that the order was canceled. No explanation! I responded that I was not happy with that response and got a message back that you no longer stock that item. Way to go taking care of a new customer!

Cancled a order over a email 30 mins after buying the part, but doesnt read the email and ships it out. And leaves 30 dollar on me to reship it back... ans dont have a number to call over the site, and facebook number doesnt work at all.

Ordered part, a week later I get an email saying order cancelled with no call before and no explanation. That service meets no one's expectations. Mm

Very quick shipping, order on a Saturday and got my parts in three days. That's how to make a customer happy. I'll keep buying parts from them just for that reason. Great job subie tuned

Took my money and never shipped product. Didn't tell me if there was a backorder or anything so they keep customers in the dark.

One of few places I could find the 13mm square drive socket for my Subaru rear differentials. Order shipped fast, arrived timely, etc. It worked great.

They made made sure to contact me asap when my maf hose wasn't stocked in blue. So I got the black one and they made sure it would fit my fxt. Next thing you know it arrived. Great service.

How can I describe my experience if I don't have my part, I have no updates and there is no number to call?

Ordered a clutch kit and flywheel for my wrx. Came in within 3 days and had no issues, will buy more products from them.
