Ordered brake pads front & rear, along with stainless brake lines. Brake pads came but no brake lines. No communication about this, as to when or if they will come. I have been messaging but no reply. I can't seem to find a phone number to call either.

I ordered a full catback system from SubieTuned a week ago and they have charged my credit card in full. No shipment info or estimated delivery has been given or any other communication aside from order confirmation. They have no phone number so I have emailed asking for a status update, and so far, no reply.

I ordered a short huh for my car and long story short, it's been almost a week and I still haven't gotten a tracking number, I haven't even gotten confirmation on it being shipped yet.

I ordered a flywheel may 7th and never got a confirmation email. I emailed them asking why and they said it would be in stock this current week. Then they cancelled my order this week without notice. No email, nothing. Terrible customer service in my opinion

First of all, there is no phone number to contact, and their email response takes several days. They even failed to notate on the item I ordered, that is was backordered and wouldn't be in stock until said date XX/XX/XXXX. Never buying from them again.

I don't have the product yet as it's been on back order for almost a month. Will update once the product comes in with a review

Everything is straight forward and the website is user friendly. What I did like the most is the fact that you accept all forms or Credit Cards

Paid $8 to ship 4 lightweight plastic hangers. They were not only placed at the bottom of an oversized box, not really properly wrapped, but they also took 2 weeks to get here, days past the expected arrival date.

I ordered an exhaust system and when I received it, I noticed that there was a small dent on the side of the muffler tip. Pretty disappointed because it will always be noticeable to me. I would expect much more for the money I spent and certainly didn't anticipate something like that. It was wrapped well for shipping so there's no way the delivery company could have done it. Very disappointed.

Cart contained several parts, order was completed and processed, then all but one part was removed from the order, with no reason(s) given, nothing more then a simple 'order modified' email, which I used the website to ask a question about; only to never receive a response to my question. I will not be recommending your website/services to anyone, as there is no customer service to be had.

Amazing experience all throughout the ordering process. Shipping did take a while but well worth the wait. The hangers fit perfectly on the aftermarket exhaust and hold it firmly in place so that it doesn't move around or shake when I'm driving off road or on the highway. The hangers hold perfectly and I couldn't be happier. Would definitely order them again

Too busy to chat... sent the rest of my order after 3 days of emailing back and forth and nothing getting done while on my end my car has been down for more than a week (had to use uber everyday for work. = $$) when I was waiting for my dang brakelines since I have a slit on my stock old ones... next time I'll go with Rallysport direct

I wish the shop take had worked on my differential drain and fill bolts 2 years ago had one of these. No they used the 1/2" end of a extension and buggered both of them up. I got both out with the 13mm, and bought 2 new ones and did it myself. Thanks Bob

Recently purchased a Turbo XS catback exaust for my 02 WRX, chose 3 day shipping on Tuesday night and it was here friday. Very impressed with quality and service, and it came with all hardware and gaskets. Will order from here again. A+++

First time I used Subietuned and it was great. I ordered the Tanabe strut tower brace for my 2008 STI, the item is awesome and works great. The item came faster than expected! Great experience will order from them again!

I ordered my part on a time constraint. Ordered on Saturday, arrived on Wednesday. I was skeptical once it didn't show tracking on Monday, it showed it was on back order. So I was afraid by reviews I read, saying people waited weeks for parts. I received mine quickly.
2004 FXT Intercooler Y pipe. Fit with no modifications. Holds excessive boost, with no problem.

Ordered some upgraded sway bar bushings for my Subaru. This was the only site that had both front and rear sizes that I needed by Whiteline. Very happy that I didn't have to order separate sizes from different sites to get what I needed.

The company and it's website were very good and very easy to work with. I'm very happy with price and the quality of the steel braided brake lines which are definitely a noticable upgrade to the OEM lines, which would have cost me just as much to purchase.
