These ding bats can't respond to a simple message Via email, Facebook, or any other media platform.
All I asked was for when they'd have the product in stock and I've gotten nothing back in two weeks.

There were no response from Subietuned about an order that was created. My cc was never charged but I found lots of people had the same experience. It looks to me if they are no longer in business you should shut the website down instead of just accepting the order and giving impression you are charged.
This is the worst experience I've ever had with any company. I ordered mirrors 6 months ago. Never had a email saying it was on back order no emails saying anything about my product. Just an overall bad experience with this company. Definitely will never order here again and will never advise anyone else to order from this fraud company.
I ordered a down a down pipe for my 2005 Subaru Legacy 2.5 gt with automatic transmission for $343.85, they took my money and I have not received my item, I tried to call the phone number numerous times that they provide at business hours and it says they are unavailable, I emailed them numerous times and they have not responded back with me, I got ripped off.
Bought an item that was on backorder without being notified it was on backorder. 2 weeks have gone by with several messages and calls and still no answer. My hard earned money is just floating in the air and I have no idea how to get it back. Starting to think that this site is a scam.
They took my order and my money. Then sent me no info and ignored my emails for 10 days. Then i recieve a generic email that just says "order cancelled". No reason, not even an "we apologize". What a waste of time. What an awful company. There is So many Subaru Aftermarket company's out there, not sure why anyone would use Subie Tuned.
I ordered a clutch and flywheel on 10/04/21, then the credit card was trying to be charged for $55 after the order was placed. Never ran the card for the clutch and flywheel amount. They haven't replied to FB messages, emails, they do not have a working phone number…. Just a whole pain that I didn't want to deal with. In the end, I have a throw out bearing that is shot with no clutch or flywheel on the way and no communication.
Note: the site even says IN STOCK and would ship same day if ordered by 2pm MST. I ordered in the 10am hour. Don't order from here unless you want fraudulent charges and no parts.
I ordered one part. A cam sensor bracket. When I looked it up it said there were 4 left in stock, so I bought it. After check out, funds processed I received an email stating that this part is on backorder. I have emailed subie tuned asking an eta on this part because now I am without my car for even more time.
Ordered a clutch. It said if I order by 2pm it ships same day. Then I went to the confirmation email and it said it was on backorder. I emailed them twice and yet still to hear anything back. I want to cancel my order due to the lack of professionalism and customer service. Strongly request you buy parts elsewhere.
I only ordered one small item, but it was shipped quickly. Would definitely order from them again. I don't have much to say, but this review system makes me write at least 100 characters, who's is annoying.
This is the fastest I've ever received a part in my life. And your customer service was great having concerns with only ordering one head gasket instead of two, and it really gives me confidence in shopping with you guys.
Tell you what guys and gals. There's plenty options out there to purchase aftermarket products for our rides. Customer Service in most cases takes priority when placing an order online. This company provides excellent communication with its buyers & are easy to work with if you have any issues at all. The utmost importance in my opinion when making online purchases!

I can say, there has been no communication, didn't know my part was on back order until I logged in. They should tell you that up front instead of taking your money first and then forgetting about you.
I will wait for a response from then until tomorrow, if not I will cancel payment.
Paid $8 to ship 4 lightweight plastic hangers. They were not only placed at the bottom of an oversized box, not really properly wrapped, but they also took 2 weeks to get here, days past the expected arrival date.
I tried to get in contact with Subietuned.com after they sent me a wrong part, to return the part. I sent emails and even tried using their cool little chat feature to no avail. Will never buy from them again. Shipping was fast.
Was looking to buy and yet its been 3-4 weeks without confirmation of my order, and no telling when the item will/has been shipped. On my order it said payment was accepted however nothing has gone through according through my bank account and theres no way to contact this company to get rid of my card information. Not too stoked about how this went. Still dont have my item.
Relatively easy to install, not quite a perfect fit bit the product is solid and well made. Had to bend the bracket slightly to get it just right on the bottom and clips were slightly short going over the plastic fender liner so I had to wiggle the screw through but it does work it's way through. Overall great for the price.
I'm unable to receive packages from shipping companies that do not have access to my apartment complex. I received a notice and messaged the shipping company, but they said they could not update the shipping address and I would have to contact the seller. I contacted subietuned on 2/15 and never received a response. Now the package shows returned to sender. Very dissatisfied.
I've ordered parts 2 weeks ago and have not got any tracking numbers or any kind of email suggesting when I would receive the parts. Before I order the parts I was told they would ship next day cuz they were in stock. I've contacted their site and messages them a few times and email them and I have yet to hear your response of what's going on with my parts and when I would be getting them. I'm very dissatisfied with the lack of communication.
Ordered brake pads front & rear, along with stainless brake lines. Brake pads came but no brake lines. No communication about this, as to when or if they will come. I have been messaging but no reply. I can't seem to find a phone number to call either.
