Ordered 3 items, all really cheap quality and one was so small that I, who am size 0 or 2 had a 6" gap in where it was supposed to close. When I wanted to return it, they kept offering discounts to keep it. Would not give me a return address and then finally gave it and found out I have to return it to CHINA/Hong Kong. The postage cost more to return than cost of items. This is a scam and rip off. Product is so poor quality that materials are totally see through. They make it look attractive in photo, but in fact is bad, bad bad and fit poorly. Don't waste your money. Have not had any satisfaction. Lost all the money it cost and I can throw the items in the garbage. Don't buy from this firm unless you are willing to be ripped off. Should be outlawed from selling in the US where you cannot return it. They enclosed wrong packing slip, so I had to fight to get order #. Now they may not publish this review because I don't have a photo of receipt. One scam after the other.

I used to love stylewe even though I don't like Chinese factory stuffs you know. I was wondering why the price is down. And I know now. Cuz the clothes are totally different with pictures and materials cheaper than ever. I won't shop this site never. The reviews are fake or lies. Don't trust it.

The entire online process was very easy. I thank the customer service, I had to return the dress because unfortunately it did not fit, the size was not mine. The change was easy and hassle-free, it is a nice dress that was worth the wait, I will buy it again, I highly recommend them.

My first (and last) order from STYLEWE was a nightmare! It was by far the most regretful thing I've ever done!
The package has never been delivered although their tracking number (through an unknown logistics company stated otherwise). I had to call multiple times with no solution just to get an email from STYLEWE saying that I got to solve this issue with the logistics company.
After calling multiple times to the logistics company, they simply stated that they do no longer have a contract with STYLEWE and so they have no obligation to prove the delivery.
I had to escalate the case on Paypal in order to get a refund after almost three months. During this time, STYLEWE was never willing to look into this case.
Expect to call at least ten times to get something solved if you don't get your order. What a waste of time!

These clothes are horrible! Cheap yes - but the worst quality of fabric, colors and sizes.
Non are true to what you see on line in the images. To make it even worse it all comes from China and took 1 month to arrive. To try and return product is a nightmare - your better off sucking up the loss and donate the clothes! Staying FAR AWAY from this company!

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.

Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. My order didn't show on my account etc. total nightmare until I put a bad review on SiteJabber then I heard from them I sent it back and got a refund. Beware.

Answer: I ordered 3 items. I'm normally an 8 M so ordered L. 2 items fit great 1 was too small. I ordered an XL & it still didn't fit. They will exchange or refund but could make it a lot more obvious how to return but otherwise I'm very happy with my purchases. I believe the different designers have different sizes. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. Even in American sewing patterns I'm a 14 that gives you an idea of how off American clothes are

I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
