In Nov. 2021 I placed an order for a few items on Stylewe. 25% never arrived and for this portion of the order I had to wait over 2 months from placing the order for them to refund me. 75% arrived and were cheap and ill-fitting. I asked to return this portion and they sent me a USPS label but I had to pay for shipping to China. I used the label and paid for shipping. I emailed once a month asking where the refund was and weeks later they would respond by saying they hadn't received anything.
In May of 2022, a full 6 months after returning and 7 months after ordering, the package was returned and reason given was Chinese customs. So, a company that is HQed in China and sent me the label and instructions for how to return can't get the returns through customs? Seems odd. I emailed them with pictures of the package and asked for my long overdue refund and they have not responded 2 weeks later.
This is a company that literally does not care about consumers because they know that being in China makes it next to impossible for people to truly come after them. Their products are cheap and ill-fitting. I would love to prevent absolutely everyone from ordering and having a terrible experience at Stylewe.

Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size. I do not recommend this company and will not order from them again. I also believe than many of the reviews posted here are fake ones set up by the company. Read them carefully and you'll see what I mean.
Answer: My two pieces were crazy, too long, too small in shoulder And bust, And sleeves were way too tight- Better stay away- not worth the hazel. The garmets are nothing like the images!
Answer: I won't use them ever. I ordered a medium 8-10, I usually wear a 4-6 or junior 5/7 the dress was so small it would've fit a 10 year old girl. Then there was no way to contact them. My order didn't show on my account etc. total nightmare until I put a bad review on SiteJabber then I heard from them I sent it back and got a refund. Beware.

Answer: I ordered 3 items. I'm normally an 8 M so ordered L. 2 items fit great 1 was too small. I ordered an XL & it still didn't fit. They will exchange or refund but could make it a lot more obvious how to return but otherwise I'm very happy with my purchases. I believe the different designers have different sizes. I believe this site is more like a mall with different shops, not one store. People shouldnt get so angry about not using American sizes. American sizing is larger than any where in the world. Even in American sewing patterns I'm a 14 that gives you an idea of how off American clothes are

I bought two dresses and I was only reimbursed because I paid through Paypal and Paypal got me my refunds. The merchandise is horrible, at least what I received. Stay away.
