I purchased a lot of clothing for my first order, what a big mistake. The shipment took forever (4wks.) with no updates as to when you would be receiving items. I got an email 3 wks. After I paid saying one of the items is now suddenly unavailable. The clothing is weird, the jacket I ordered is similar to felt material, really cheap and sized odd, really frumpy and too big. One of the tops the head opening is so small there is no way any head would fit in it, (I'm very petite, I weigh 120 pds.) I think whoever made this might be kids or they can't read a pattern to make the clothing. Another mistake for another top is the zipper was sewn in but sewed over the zipper on the outside making it inoperable. When you try to get a refund they make it so burdensome, they want pictures but you can't link them to their chat link properly and then they said to email them the pics. But they haven't received my email and they want me to wait for 24 hrs.to see if they will get the email then. Hmmm so far sounding like a scam. This doesn't seem like a reputable company to me, consider your self warned.
The clothing arrived smelling like pure mildew. The sweater waistlines are stretched. Cust Supp no help. Run from StyleWe. They're a terrible place to shop. Go to any other online boutique.

My experience was poor. The Ads were appealing and found to be quite deceptive. The fabric material is of exceptionally poor quality. There is poor customer service. I tried several times to cancel my order within the hour of placing the order. I was not able to do so. I can not wear the items ordered. The money spent on the items ordered is a complete waste. I will not place any future orders with the company. Your Customers deserve better.
I finally made the decision to try Stylewe. I have admired the fashion for a while but stayed away. My first purchase was a mistake - I selected the wrong dress. I kept it because it's cute and serviceable. The material is polyester and yes, I did detect an odor, which I extinguished with quick steaming. I think that shipping policy is unclear, which does push up the actual price paid of items. I made a second order and am happy with the items overall. The tops are bit on the large side, which I was not expecting, so in the future, I'll order a size down. The dresses seem to be sized appropriately. In short, I will likely order items in the future and recommend.

My first order, I ordered 12 items from StyleWe online retailer on 1/20/23, as of 3/8/23, did not receive an item. After multiple emails I was told it is out of stock. I asked for exchange with specific SPU, size & color 3 times and they say can't exchange only refund but won't process my refund! The final sale items were too small and missing buttons and they won't replace/refund those at all. No phone calls to resolve issue, only emails and those take 2-3 days to respond to, always a different person who doesn't solve the problem, doesn't READ the prior emails. Material is hit and miss on items. The hassle is really not worth it. I checked the Better Business Bureau and see many complaints not resolved. Wish I had seen that BEFORE ordering.
Answer: Their styles are beautiful and quality seems excellent. It was the sizing we had trouble with. They have a size chart with measurements, but the item I ordered was several inches smaller than the measurements given in the size chart. Also, when I wrote (twice) them regarding return of the item, I never received a response. After several weeks, I had to turn it over to PayPal to return the item and received be a refund. I've been afraid to order from them some nice. Also, the item took 3 weeks from date of f order to arrive.
Answer: The initial package arrived in about 3 weeks but was the wrong size, much smaller than described. It was very difficult to get a reply from them about the exchange. I had to file several official complaints in a few sites before I heard back from them, and then I waited a long time to get the cost in a larger size.
