I have been a month waiting for my order (not little money at all). It is still "under process" though they rushed to take the money.
They answered in the beginning claiming there was a problem witrh one of the products and they were just waiting this to arrive to send the order, but then sopped replying.
I wonder how it is legal for this company still operate with such horrible way of handling customers, this should be banned, it is just cheating people and the frustration is huge where there is no one to ask for help.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, IT IS A SCAM! WHOEVER IS RUNNING STYLEVANA, SAME ON YOU!

Looking delivery

When buying on their page it is written that delivery is 5-7 days. The package arrived two months later. I didn't need it anymore, I wanted to get my money back, but I kept getting answers that it would be delivered in 5 days. Very dissatisfied, I waited two months for the goods, but I received them. I don't recommend it

Misleading and refuse to provide a resolution. Advertised to be 2x for the product. Charged the equivalent of 2 of the product (in comparison to all other providers), yet only deliver 1.

They also refuse to provide you with a refund, and if you want to return the product - it is at your own expense for the postage. Cost on top of cost. Ridiculous

Communication is lacking. Takes a few days for one response that isn't helpful. Useless

I placed my order on 24th of july, till today its 3rd of Oct, no delivery, and sent 4 emails to them, no response... I just want to get my money back, but no reply... Just write to warn people...

Scam company

It has been 5 working days since I placed an order. Still no information about order and shipping status. I should have paid attention to the reviews and not placed order. If it is too cheap to be true, it is probably just scam. Going to credit card company to report scam.

After paid by credit card ask for personal photo identity and address proof, this is first time in my life. If you do not provide they will hold your order. It was not easy to cancel the order, you can only ask them to cancel, really a rubbish company! Be careful!

TERRIBLE SERVICES!

I ordered cosmetics on September 17th and everyday I check my order and the status of my order in the process for 2 weeks!
I have written a lot of times in support and the answers are the same that they are working on you and very big nonsense. They cut the money from my account and now I'm waiting a month for the to deliver my order to my address!
People i don't recommend this company!

I bought SKII essence from them at AU$200 and the product came broken. I then contacted them for product replacement.

Originally they try to ask for information, after I sent all photos and videos that proven the product actually came broken but not broken by me, they simply say they will investigate the issue and NEVER revert again. Given how well the product was wrapped, I am pretty sure that the product was broken BEFORE they ship. Taking $000 and send a broken product, with no followup/refund, I can only say they are scam website and please DO NOT buy from them!

I have order 2 sunscreen from this website almost 3 month ago. I haven't received the product yet due to delivery issues. They keep saying we are investigating and we can not make you a refund! I have never had such an experience before! I would not recommend this website.

Amazing (dependent on purchase)

All of the products are genuine and at a far more affordable prices than anywhere else. Shipping can take around 2 weeks depending on availability of the product, which is why I suggest purchasing items that state they are in stock and to be shipped within 24 hours. One purchase I made (I was aware that it stated the items were out of stock and are usually shipped in 30 days time) took from the 1st of August (when I placed my order) to the 25th of August (for it to get shipped. For another order I had placed it took 8 days for it to ship and items arrived and were packed beautifully with multiple free extra products. Obviously depending on stock availability shipping may take a long time but from my experiences Stylevana is legit and the products do arrive. As for customer service, the email replies tend to be quite slow (4 days for my enquiry) however they are very effective and they resolve the issue pretty immediately. After seeing all the negative reviews I was quite hesitant to place my order however I was pleasantly surprised with the countless offers and multiple freebies given alongside my order.

I found lots of options for Korean cosmetics on their website. Lots of great discount. I read their not so great reviews and was not sure how good they will be, but I gambled. I order about $100 cosmetics on July 30th. The shipment info was received to the carrier on Aug 11, it left Hong Kong on Aug 18 and arrived my house in Winnipeg on Aug 23. No issues at all. All products are great as described on the website. I would order it again.

Might just be luck

My order only took one week to arrived. However the tracking code that they send me does not work and only works on the day of the delivery. I send them couple of emails but all I got was an outdated automatic reply. I was reading review full of negative review which makes me really nervous about my order and the customer service is not customer servicing. There is no reply apart from the outdated automatic reply. While I do received my order on time, will only recommend to people who are fine with the possibility not getting their order delivered on time and not getting a refund. It seems that cancelling order and refunding will be difficult. I might just be lucky with this order.

Placed order july19 for sunscreen and some brow pencils. Till today Aug19 still no shipped out, replied email saying waiting for a hair oil in stock didn't tell me when my order will be shipped. Excuse me? I placed the order for sunscreen for the summer and now summer it's almost gone! When i placed the order on their site didn't show hair oil not in stock or if buy this item whole shipment will be delayed!
Will request refund and never buy from them again.

I had placed an order of over $100 which stylevana canceled due to some items being out of stock. After writing multiple mails to them (to which they typically reply after 1 month) they said that they never received the payment and refused to refund the amount. I shared the screenshots of transaction number, date, and bank statements with all the payment details but never got the refund. Customer support is bad and unresponsive! I am never going to use stylevana ever again! Yesstyle is what I use now.

Horrible. DON'T buy there. I ordered once and received it, but now I have placed a large purchase, and for almost a month - nothing. A week ago they sent me a notification that the parcel was delivered! To a completely different address! So pissed.

Big scam! Don't buy

They are a scam. Order on April, not receive anything, ignore email. I have to send 5-6 emails every time I inquired the status.
2 months later, they told me the older is missing, need to open an investigation.
2 months later, they told me the order is back to the 3rd party delivery company, need to wait the order be destroyed then process the next step.

They never want to refund you all the money $$$$$

* actually I went to the post office, they told me that my package has been collected by a 3rd party delivery company in mid Jun. They never heard that company. Why they did that? They must return back the product to Stylevana and resale again. They took your $ but never give you the product

Everyone let's open a scam report to your bank credit card and make sure his company down.

It's been 4 weeks and my items have still not shipped, I received a notification that it's finally being packed today. We'll have to see if all the items actually arrive.
I had to reach out to find out that one of the items was OOS which is bizarre that they wouldn't inform the buyer automatically and when I bought the item it showed it was in stock. If I hadn't initiated the reach out I would've had to wait 7 weeks before my products shipped... and by then who knows if my other products would've been in stock? This clearly shows a lack of accountability and process on their end, how can a large scale business like this not have proper processes for stock availability and communication?
This is my very first time ordering from Stylevana and this will be my last, I've already informed my friends to avoid ordering from here. Looking at the comments on here and their social pages it's clear that a large number of customers have experienced issues and Stylevana doesn't care and will reply with a copy and pasted message... I'm sure they'll do the same with this review.
It's unfortunate since Stylevana has products that I haven't been able to find on other sites that allow Canadians to pay in CAD$ but it's not worth the headache, I'm going back to JOLSE who has never messed up a single order in the last 7 years I've used them and has always shipped within 2 business days.
Avoid Stylevana like the plague!

The worst company for skincare purchase

Purchased products since 20.05.2023 and never received the products or any refund ( we are in beginning of August now). I have tried to contact the company through email and website but never got a response regarding any refund or apologise.
My worst experience in online purchases and definitely would never recommend to any of my friends.
