I placed an order with Stylevana on Jan 17th. On Jan 20th, I got an email that my order, which had expedited shipping selected, was getting packed. On Jan 23rd, I got an email that my order had been shipped, and this email had a tracking link. The link wasn't updated, so I waited a few days. Still no update, and still no package. By Feb 1st, tracking still hadn't been updated. By Feb 5th, I wrote the tracking company. They wrote back on Feb 7th and indicated I should contact the shipper for the updated tracking or the specific courier, as their company, 17Track, only shares the updates that the shipping company gives them. On Feb 8th, I wrote Stylevana saying that my package was missing, tracking was unavailable, and I needed support.
I got an autoreply that said I'd receive a reply in three business days. Stylevana never replied! On Feb 14th, I wrote in to their IG page with my issue, plus a screenshot of my unanswered email to customer service, and asked for someone to assist via their IG. They told me "due to privacy I should email..." the same. Flipping. Thing I'd already done and literally had in the screenshot! It's now Feb 15th and I'm doing a chargeback with my card company for this fraud. This is ridiculous. I've ordered from Stylevana in the past, and loved it. Even though the shipping took two weeks, the links worked, CS was always prompt in replying, and you got exactly what you paid for -- for less than on sites like Yesstyle or Olive Young. Ordering from Stylevana now is a scam.
I'm incredibly frustrated by this experience and hate that Stylevana has become a scam site that just takes your money. It's gross and so disappointing. Do not order from them. Just pay the extra money and order from one of their reputable competitors.
Do not order from this site. Customer Service is non-responsive, and you won't get your items. If for some reason you choose to order anyway, use PayPal or a credit card so you have an avenue to recoup your money when your order doesn't arrive.

I ordered from Stylevana as the range of products was really good and the prices brilliant. I then read some reviews and got really worried as to whether I would ever receive the products as the comments were pretty bad. However, and maybe I was lucky, everything arrived in good time and I'm really pleased all round. Keep up the good work!

Where did my order go? USPS never got the order stylevana allegedly sent out. I placed my order on November 25,2022 and I still haven't gotten any updates on my order/I still didn't receive it. The email I received saying that the order shipped is a lie because USPS never got the package-even after so long.
