Good, easy process for booking an international flight very easy
I have been utilizing StedentUniverse for two years. I am so happy I found this website. It's easy to use and the price and extras are reasonable. I have saved over $400 on the flights. I am very grateful. I have been telling my friends and family.
I had to wait a day until my payment was processed but that was probably because it was a weekend.
We made two bookings with StudentUniverse, one from LAX to NCE and one from NRT to LAX... for some reason the first booking has our names listed correctly amd the second suddenly shows my wife's middle name as mine as well. Not a big deal you'd think, however, after submitting our passport pictures there's the initial conversation about additional fees for removing that middle name, both from the airline AND StudentUniverse: $90 in total which is ridiculous for a booking that's over 6 months away. More to follow on this but be cautious.

I tried to buy an international flight directly from that country airlines but my credit card simply wouldn't work. With Student Universe, no problem at all and I saved a few dollars too.

Website didn't work the first time, it kept spinning. Tried again a day later and was able to get it to function.
You mistakenly charge me for travel protection but after many many attempts I was able to contact you to remove the charge. The only setback was it was very difficult to talk to a human, you just kept putting me on hold or cutting me short while I was on hold. I just hope that your customer service is better.
Good service, competitive prices. However, when I checked the prices multiple times, your cookies got in and raised the prices within 15 minutes.
