I love booking from student universe. You have a good deal, just it will be better if you give information about the luggage allowance or the price to buy that (or maybe the option to buy that in the booking)
The site was easy to use and navigate. Everything was organized, it was easy to compare which made for an easy great purchase. I will use this site again. Hopefully it is still organized and easy to view information.
Try somewhere else. During Covid, the flight to singapore was cancelled. The price of 2 tickets was 1200 dollars. American airline returned the whole amount however they lied and said American airline didn't return $600 of the money. So they just pocketed the money. I have called them 15 or more times and even had a three way call with American airlines where they proved all the money is with student universe. Yet they just customer services continued to lie. Genuinely the worst if you have any change of plans or any changes at all. Just pay a little more and buy directly from airline or from other agenries with better business policies.
I asked via email for my flight to be cancelled and refunded on Tuesday 4 days before my flight due to COVID lock downs. I was asked to send additional information which I did. No response for 3 days. I email again and they say oh sorry too late you have been marked as a no show to your flight. You will not be refunded.

I received a 20$ referral code of student universe from my friend after signing up. I received the referral code over email from student universe. But when I tried to use it at checkout, it didn't not work.
I always get amazing deals on student universe and have been using it for a long time. This time did not disappoint, as per usual.
The oral booking experience was good. However, after booking, I was expecting the confirmation and itinerary to reflect immediately in the Airlines website/app. Why does it take so long to get the confirmation reflecting in the airlines website/app?
Although we have used aggregators for our flights for a number of years, we were new to Student Universe. Our flights were booked successfully after phoning the very patient customer service representative.
The interface design is nice and it does not take long to receive the flight tickets
