Booking was quick. It gave me all the options clearly and I was able to book the ticket right away.

I was refunded by the Airline one day after booking although the status of reservation was still confirmed on StudentUniverse's website. So I made a call and had everything figured out, everything was set and I'd be charged again. Really great and helpful customer services, btw!

Good experience and cheaper flight I love it and I found it genuine

This worked out perfectly I waited a couple days before to purchase my tickets and the cost went down. I luckily got to fly a major airline I am familiar with. I think this makes things simpler especially if you are purchasing through a study abroad program and have a voucher.

I like the fact that they proactively called me when the booking couldn't be confirmed and ironed out the issues by phone.
