While planning for mine and my wife's trip to Italy i stumbled upon this site. And was pleased to find prices more agreeable for my flight I was looking for. It was quick and easy
I was trying to get the $25 flight deal and instantly right before the deals dropped. I was kicked out of the site, which made me very upset.

This is the worst website for flights please please please read this review and don't trust them.
I booked a flight through student universe and wanted to changed it… The customer service is the worst of the worst. Overall we spend 12+ hours with the customer service agents. Called them 5 times on an average spent 2 and half hrs on one call. This is very painful and stressful.
Even though we booked our flight through their website, they wanted us to reach out to airlines for a change because they where telling us the airlines blocked them from changing. But we contacted the airlines they said what student universe was telling us was untrue, they can totally change the flight and we didn't block them from changing.
Don't ever trust this website and their customer service…There are ton of 3rd party websites which are better and would rather spend that extra money booking directly from airlines than deal with a company like student universe.
Biggest regret booking with them. Hope this helps someone. I wish i could sue them honestly. Companies like this shouldn't be allowed to run.
I was able to find tickets at a decent price and very easy to navigate. Plenty of choices of airlines/ prices/ dates/ and times.
Took a minute to get but all worth it in the end. Couldn't have afforded to go home during break without it.

I received my booking confirmation, but 2 hours later it was cancelled. The email said that it was a problem with my Credit card, but i didnt use any credit card, i bought with debit card
Am ok and very cool with the confirtmation am only expect the ticket number to allowed me to fly with my booking confirmation
Everything was well explained and organized, which was helpful for me as a student who had never personally scheduled a flight before.
Despite the bank already called to confirm that my mom's card is legitimate, Studentuniverse still required me to take picture of a lot of papers to prove that I'm using my mom's card. And I have to wake my mom up at 6AM just to take a pic of her ID

Booking the flight was easy considering I was doing it for the $25 flight but getting help/answers on my booking has been difficult.

This was a relatively easy and straight forward process. It made purchasing flights home for the holidays a smooth process.
This website was the best and they helped me find a great deal on a flight especially on short notice.
Had to wait in line till it was my turn then I got in and had 15 mins to finish transaction. Transaction was smooth and fast.
