It would be a fantastic addition to include a Price Tracking feature that alerts users when airfare prices match their preferred budget. With this feature, users could set a target price, and when the ticket price reaches that amount, they would receive a notification. This would help travellers secure the best deals without constantly monitoring fares.
They are absolute scammers. Booked a flight, no ticket. They only sent me tickets AFTER check-in for my flight closed, so not only could I board but I also lost the whole flight. Contacted StudentUniverse multiple times before check-in closed, nothing. Dozens of emails and calls, and nothing. It's been over a week now - and nothing. They just stole my money and hiding from me now. Already filed a complaint to Better Business Bureau, next will be Police and the federal Consumer Protection Bureau. This company is beyond disgraceful.
It is very easy to book flights. The app is easy to navigate and everything is quick. I get my information as soon as I book a trip.
You guys saved me from spending $1,200 on last minute flight for the basic /lite seating. Really, what a lifesaver app for students who are trying to get by. It was so simple to use your app (and airlines apps are notoriously unreliable), and amazed at how I received my flight number almost instantly. Booking is confirmed but as per airlines agent ( SU) has not issued the Ticket. This is scary for us

We booked our tickets via this website and paid the amount as requested. However, i learn that after 72 hours their is no record for this booking and they cancelled it.Moreover the call waiting time for them is super long around 40 mins, i got to know that card was declined which is completely false because they want to lure people and reject because of any incorrect reasons.Also they didn't send any email for asking for a new payment which really says a lot about their process.Stay away for this website!
