I have been trying to reach student universe for last few days to explore change of ticket due to illness, but was on hold for more than an hour before I gave up; sent an urgent email but never heard back. Never ever I am booking with Student Universe or will allow anyone from my family to book either. Extremely bad experience

I booked my flight through StudentUniverse and initially received a booking confirmation within minutes, along with an airline confirmation number that was even verifiable on the airline's website. However, by the second day, that PNR (Passenger Name Record) stopped working, and the airline website said, "No reservation found for this PNR."
I called StudentUniverse multiple times, and each time it took around 50 minutes to reach an agent, who was difficult to understand due to a strong accent. Finally, on the fifth day, an agent assured me that I'd receive my ticket the next day. But by day six, I was told they hadn't been able to secure the ticket, and I would need to rebook – only now, the same flight had increased by $600!
The most frustrating part was having to call StudentUniverse and endure 50 minutes of irritating hold music each time before finally reaching an agent I could speak with.
This experience was not just frustrating but completely unprofessional. If you want peace of mind when booking a flight, look elsewhere!

The experience was great, the website was just a little confusing and could use a few improvements for the booking process (e.g. The option to add baggage protection was there but I just could not click on it, it didn't change anything so I was not sure if it worked)
