Emails are a waste of time. Customer service is almost nonexistent. It took SEVERAL 2 hour conversations over the course of weeks, and $350 in hidden fees to cancel a $700 flight.

I have been trying to reach student universe for last few days to explore change of ticket due to illness, but was on hold for more than an hour before I gave up; sent an urgent email but never heard back. Never ever I am booking with Student Universe or will allow anyone from my family to book either. Extremely bad experience
I got one of the $25 tickets and I'm so happy. The site was easy to access and showed all the flight information clearly. Overall, the site is organized in an efficient manner.

Overall, everything was great! I had an issue and called customer support. The person helping me (whose name I forget, unfortunately) was outstanding. He provided customer support as good or better than any I have ever experienced. I enjoyed how simple it made the process of buying a flight. It took me less than 15 minutes of buying a flight. I had simple options and was able to choose one that best fit my needs.
I made an order and received a code, but the tickets were never send. Thankfully, I was not charged. I bought my tickets the next day and that transaction was successful. I have not been charged twice thankfully, but it was stressful realizing my first transaction did not go through.
Easy and great price, very happy. I got applied discount at the end as well.
I got the confirmation email but whenever I click the "click here to view your flight confirmation" it takes me to the one website where it's like "wait here for the next batch of tickets"

I had to book a next day ticket and I found a very reasonably priced one from the website and got the confirmation pretty quickly as well.
