Yes, it does have cheaper flights, however, there is no difference compared to other sites. They also charged me $7.83 for using their website. Waste of extra money and time.
The phone call ai is not interactive. You have to wait for atleast one hour before getting to a customer. The website is $#*! so you cannot make changes yourself and need an agent to help you out. There is literally no option if you want to change a flight or cancel it and ends up costing you way too much.
Good but i didn't realize that my return flight HAD AN OVER NIGHT STAY which is fine but DAMN i wouldn't have picked that if it was a little more obvious.

The first time I travelled using StudentUniverse was for my trip to Iceland. I found a cheaper price for my ticket and my flights were amazing. StudentUniverse is legit!
They are absolute scammers. Booked a flight, no ticket. They only sent me tickets AFTER check-in for my flight closed, so not only could I board but I also lost the whole flight. Contacted StudentUniverse multiple times before check-in closed, nothing. Dozens of emails and calls, and nothing. It's been over a week now - and nothing. They just stole my money and hiding from me now. Already filed a complaint to Better Business Bureau, next will be Police and the federal Consumer Protection Bureau. This company is beyond disgraceful.

In multiple occasions, when trying to pay for different routs I got the error message that I'm not eligible for this trip or price or something like that. There were no mentions of what is the eligibility criteria!
