It was a very fast-paced process, and I liked the option to see what airlines were available

I liked the website and its work towards making flight affordable but a little change in the user interface would be really helpfull. If we want to change the dates for which the prices are chep, we have to go back change the dates and wait for the flights info was loaded…instead while choosing the dates approx price should be visisble so that the user can easily access the dates with less price

This is very bad. I bought a ticket for December 4th and just received a notice that my flight was never booked and they are going to charge me whatever price the flight is going for now. I am definitely taking this to the consumer protection bureau

The customer service is uterrly incompetent. They lie directly to your face, and then play dumb when you come back and complain.

I had a flight credit from a canceled flight through Delta, but I had to call StudentUniverse in order to use it since I bought the flight from them. The customer service continually lied to me about getting in touch with Delta after I called them 3 times. They refused to help me on this, and I was not able to book the flight I had wanted due to their lies and lack of help. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

My ticket is still on hold on the official website and not confirmed as reserved yet. I contacted you and sent emails, you did not respond yet. After calling you, the customer service informed you need 24-48 hours to withdraw the money but you did not inform me officially that on the website which made me worried all the time.

The experience was easy and effortless, but at times I was lost in the process, meaning things were selected which I did not think I selected. I would book again just be a little more careful

The prices and times are displayed in a very clear manner, making it easy to find the flight you want to take. The service also offers plans such as baggage coverage, so you can go on your trip with peace of mind.

Wish it would have shown all connecting flights instead of one. Easy to use just wish some of the prices were college friendly never got my first time discount.
