I was able to book my tickets as soon as I was let into the queue. I just wish they put how many people were ahead of me so I could know that the line was moving versus just see a page refresh every few seconds. I didn't have any glitches but was very happy that I was able to book my $25 flight :)

My experience with student universe was a little rocky at first but after being patient and leaving the website up overnight it was able to refresh better and allow me to get into the website with no problems!

Quick and easy to use, good ui and was able to navigate the process with ease.

The ticket was supposed to be priced at $25 but indeed it was $45 due to "seating fees." I later discovered the airline lets you choose you seat regardless so felt I could've saved $25. Nonetheless, a flight to New York for $45 is a great deal. Thank you.

I received my booking confirmation. But still worry because this is my first time. I can't say anything further at this moment. Gotta wait until the day I see my trip info on the airline official website. I hope I can board. Anyway, thanks for offering us some discount.

Student Universe provided an easy way to find cheaper tickets for my vacation.

It was a somewhat easy process, not quite as easy as booking a flight directly but was cheaper than the flights we were finding. I am a little nervous that something may go wrong last minute and not being able to access the tickets before the flight.

I was able to easily use the website, but it lagged after each step. Some flight options that were available one-way were not available round trip, and the 24/7 phone number I called for support with this, gave me a "Welcome to Verizon Wireless" message.
