Everything was A Ok! I recieved my email quickly and the site was easy to use
Sam assisted me with every necessary step. He's was a pleasure to talk to and very helpful.
My account was charged twice for the 'Travel Insurance' so he spoke with the accounting department to have one of the charges reimbursed. I'm currently waiting for the reimbursement to reflect on my account.

I was told to forward a copy of credit card which I never received such request from any online company. Student Universe then canceled my flight. They did not even ask credit card company to complete transaction. This was a legit request. Very unsatisfied encounter.
