I got my flight for cheap. It was easy and I was able to look at a bunch of different options. They had a bunch of big airline companies that you know and trust, and I was able to see my exact route and any stops I would potentially have to make. Lastly as I said it was much cheaper than anywhere else when looking at flights.

Used student Universe for the first time after reading both good and bad reviews. Hopefully the don't have issues with overbooking and cancellations. I will update this review after I have completed my trip with ease. Here's hoping for the best.
They changed my reservation 7 days before we were flying from Australia to Italy with 3 days stops in Japan, Osaka. The custom stopped us as we didn t hold any VISA.( you must make a request for the visa only 14 before entry in Japan) we call them back and no one helped us, they said that was our problem, so we slept at the airport on the floor and everything was shut down when we got there.
On the way back to Australia everything was strangely going well until we got to Japan and realised that our Jetstar connection flight was not existing. No one was at the desk for helping us and once again Student universe failed.
I truly recommend to NOT book any flight through this agency. They just want your money and don't care about the circumstances.

The "flexible" table was a great way to see which arrival/departure combinations gave the best deal. I appreciated the quick booking process and quick confirmation. Flight confirmation takes a few minutes to come through, but all pertinent info is clear and readily available.
