To be honest, I was not sure what StudentUniverse is when I booked my Condor flight via the Kayak website. But so far, everything has worked out well and efficiently, and the booking showed up on Condor's own website so no complaints!

Hello, I am still waiting for my e-ticket. In addition, I called the contact number about adding my TSA-pre check information but was told I needed to wait 24 hours for my ticket to change from confirmation to ticketed.
After I left a three star review, my ticket was issued and I was told my TSA information was added. How can you add my TSA information without my known traveler number? Please have some contact me for my information. Thanks. I will provide a five star review if contacted.
