Although we have used aggregators for our flights for a number of years, we were new to Student Universe. Our flights were booked successfully after phoning the very patient customer service representative.
I almost never write negative reviews. But awhile back while traveling on a very tight budget, i accidentally booked a flight for a day later than i needed. With a 10 day notice on a cheap domestic flight, i surely thought id be able to change it. But, student universe responded with "we're sorry we can't help you because your ticket is restricted." Had i booked the same ticket directly with the airline, i would have been able to change it no problem. There were 10+ options for the same flight each day. When i asked customer service to elaborate on who's policy it was, they literally responded with the same thing! I would give this zero stars if i could because this organization is lazy and unhelpful.

Some airlines publish different types of fares and usually cheaper ones mean more restrictions in terms of flight change, flight cancellation and etc. Unfortunately, your ticket is one of these - partially used ticket and non-changeable and non-refundable. We follow the airlines guidance regarding change/cancellation policies.
