My issue is that this website was not upfront with their booking fees. They offered the supposedly least booking price to get you hooked but after finalizing the booking, you'll realize that you have to pay other options such as seat selection and luggage fees. This company has deceiving business practices that will deter them from getting repeat customers. They even tried to defensively respond to my objective review instead of offering a resolution which made my customer experience worse.

It was the lowest price but then I found out that the seats selection and baggage need to be paid for after you booked with them. So I ended up paying paying more than I expected.
