They asked a picture for credit card and ID and immediately after my credit card was compromised. I had not provided my card information anywhere else. Beware!

The booking up my flight was fairly straightforward all I have to do is look up the time and the dates of when I want to go and multiple options popped up.
The price was very reasonable, navigation on the website was straightforward and clear. Customer service follow-up was professional and prompt. Would recommend to others.

After I refreshed the page I was able to get past the technical difficulties I was facing. Automatically I had a ton of cheap flight options to choose from.
I was a bit iffy at first since it was my first time booking a flight on here but it was super easy and fast, and i got to pick my seats too on my way checking out.

Nice, it was an exhilarating experience to say the least, a perfect roller coaster which would give blockbuster thrillers a run for their money.
For some reason I had a challenge with making a payment on the platform. We had to try other means to get the payment to work which was a bit disappointing.
Not sure if this is on my end, but it would not take two of my cards so I ended up using a parents. I had high enough of a credit limit, so I'm not sure if this is on my end if the sites end.

I thought I booked the ticket with a fair price but I found a cheaper price ticket on another website with change and cancel option...so I'm really regret right now.

In my 56yo life this has been one of the worst experiences Ive ever had.
Ive literally just spent 3 hrs from waiting for the call back (1hr) to battling with the customer service rep with english so difficult to understand I had to ask her to constantly repeat every single word (2hrs). To top this off at the end of the 3 hrs just when she was about to confirm what she'd done when their system hung up on me so now I have to ring back and go through the whole exercise again to confirm 1 simple flight!
This was all for a simple domestic flight trying to use a credit I had in the system, the rep confirmed there was enough to cover both departing and return flights but apparently their system will only allow the return flight (her english was so poor I had zero chance of understanding why)
I will be going out of my way to tell every single person I possibly can to NEVER use these people as they are impossible to understand. If it was possible to select a minus star rating this would be what they deserve.
