They never followed thru with contacting me or refunding my money. Shocking. Fraudulent. STAY AWAY. They are seriously fraudulent and taking students money.
Do not use this company. My daughter booked tickets through this company to study abroad. When she found out she could not go through Dublin, due to student visa issues, they would not help us and yes we were willing to pay all change fees. We contacted British Airways (ticket holder) and they said it should not be a problem for them to change it - Not until I conferenced in a lovely British Airways agent who was willing to stay on the line were they willing to change our route. Thank you British Airways! I spent over 3 hours on the phone with them trying to understand why they would not help. Go direct - sad part is this fraudulent travel agency was recommended through the abroad program :(
I will have to see how this goes and will get back if all is ok the last time had more than 2 thing go off not a good thing so we will get back and see how this trip is
My experience with booking the tickets has been good. I would like to have the option of editing my personal information like passport number post booking.
The whole booking process is a OK, only thing that makes a lot of trouble is it is hard to book a ticket with carry-on, luggage option, and the website is a little slow
Was able to book 2 shorter flights in Australia, but when the time came to book from home to Australia, there were MANY flights listed (yay) but when I clicked on one to select it, it was unavailable. I ended up clicking each one even if I wasn't thrilled with the time, just to have a flight, and it turned out NONE were available. So why generate the list of flights if they weren't available. VERY frustrating and annoying as I then had to search other sites to try to get airfare from home to AUS.
Everything was so fast. I sent back the documents you guys asked for and after a few hours everything was ready and my order confirmed, and not even changed the fare! Thank you so much guys.

Good and helpful. I used StudentUniverse because it is good for students. Also, this is the only website I will be using for awhile. Hopefully there will be more cheaper prices
Never book, if you cancel or change you will lose more money than the original price. Will ask you new fare which is even not quoted by the by the airline

It was great accept my flight promo code did not work the first time but it was probably user error and it worked the second time. The staff was helpful with this issue.

We stumbled across StudentUniverse when booking our flights to Morocco for early this year, 2024. StudentUniverse did a very good job and we were pleased with their service. However, StudentUniverse partners with a company called Blue Ribbon Bags. Blue Ribbon Bags has a horrible reputation, reviews, lawsuits and 23+ complaints with the New York BBB site. They charged us $40 for our checked bag and provide a service of tracking and facilitating the return of your bag in the event it does not arrive at your final destination. Unfortunately, our bag did not arrive at the final destination. Our airline is doing everything they can to locate the bag. When notifying Blue Blue Ribbon Bags, they indicated they have 96 hours to locate and help facilitate the retrieval of the bag. A couple days later, well before the 96 hours, they indicated that the bag was tracked to our final destination. According to the airlines, the bag never arrived at our final destination, and as of today it still has not been found. After expressing my concerns to Blue Ribbon Bags and sending them documentation from the airline that our bag has not been found, they stopped communicating with me and closed our case. Blue Ribbon Bags guarantees that if your checked bag does not arrive at its final destination they will pay you $1000 per bag. I'm surprised that StudentUniverse would partner with a company who has such a horrible reputation. I'm not sure if I will ever use StudentUniverse again. Choose your partners wisely!
I was desperate to go home to see my father and being a student, I didn't have the money to buy expensive last-minute tickets. Student universe really helped me out and I get to see my dad.
The deal that I got with the website was good but it took me a while for me to "verify" the passenger information. I was not able to reach the customer support to complete the verification process.
It was a good experience, de card information was super fast to get confirmed, I was worried because the booking confirmation take a little longer to get the information that was everything all right
