Got stuck in Thailand because if this company's incompetence. My flight was delayed so I rebooked with the agent just to be told by the airline that the ticket wasn't confirmed and I cannot travel. Every time I called them there was a 90 minutes wait and international call charge AVOID AVOID AVOID
It was easy and fast it was very easy to go and see the flight information and had great deals with and good list of options and extras to add onto the flight
I had a credit card issue as I used Discover and a non US-based airline didn't accept it, I got a another type of card and successfully booked the flight with a cheaper price compared to the market at the same time.
I was skeptical but so far purchasing my ticket and receiving my confirmation was seemless. Let's hope travel goes the same way. If not, I'll update my review.
It took only a matter of minutes to find my flight and go through the process of placing my order. The prices were cheaper than any of the other travel discounts available to me.

I received a letter, where they have asked me to send them my bank details: photos of my card, my ID and my signature...

They claim that they follow the full refund within 24hrs policy but they charge you a cancellation fee of 40$. I asked them for a receipt but haven't received any. This is definitely a con business.
I continue to use the site because of the customer service. I accidentally booked a flight on the wrong date and the person who I spoke with was able to cancel the booking for me immediately.

Relatively easy and user friendly. Wish you could have options to different types of "seat packages" so you don't have to pay for baggage out of pocket.
I had the tickets right away, and no doubts with purchase. The application works fine. The customer service by phone is very good and the people in the other side are very polite.

The person I talked to regarding my booking was very nice and she was able to get me a flight with in the rate I saw online but had a hard time booking.
I was so suprised by the prices for flights available on Student Universe. I was able to book my flight to Ghana this summer for much less than I expected!
It went well, I think more clarity could've been provided for study abroad students specifically in like the costs
I like using StudentUniverse to book flights, but this time, price dropped after my booking and I got several emails about "did you book your trips?" after booking my trip.
Had to book a flight home to i Ireland and I was able to do that without any issues. When I did come across an issue I was able to call the student universe staff and they were very helpful and kind.
It was so easy to book my flight - initially I was worried that it was going to be a really long process but it only took me a few minutes to decide the best flight for my study abroad trip!
