Booked a ticket has a Transferring between HND and Narita but Japan doesnt allow tranfer.
Called Studenuniver they answer very simple to me that " this ticket are eligible for refund / change".
They confirm the ticket still valid, so we came to the airport but the airport cancelled our ticket and left us at the airport after 1 domestic transit.
Once I figured out how to use the system it was fine. There should be a way to pick 3 or 4 flights to compare them side by side, instead of getting out & back in over & over.
The experience is smooth and straightforward. I have used this site once before since becoming a student again and I'm amazed at the opportunities at hand!
Interface is easy to use, however, it would be great if the website could also show the total number and weight of permitted checked and cabin baggages for ease of reference.

Booking airline tickets with Student Universe was easy. When I made an error the customer service department made every effort to ensure everthing was perfect.
It was very convenient to complete the booking with all the information provided in the email sent to all participants.
I waited on hold for exactly 8 hours and 26 min before Student Universe disconnected the call. My flight is booked for 3/15 and need to cancel due to Corona virus but have no way to get a hold of anyone at Student Universe! This company needs to have a way to cancel online or PICK UP THE PHONE! Unbelievably horrible customer service even in light of chaos of COVID-19. I sent a FB messenger and still no reply.

It was super easy to find the cheapest flexible flights and being a student the discount was extremely helpful, it was about $400 cheaper than anything i could find on Expedia. Life saver for real

When I was checking out on the Australian website it changed me to the US website and then the cost said $190 and it turned out to be $280 because of the conversion as well as a conversion fee? Very bad service the guy on the phone was rude and said 'I didn't force you to book it' and said it was my fault for not double checking the website. It is obviously a scam site because why would it transfer me onto the US site from the Aus site. ALSO THEY WOULD NOT SEND ME MY TICKETS! I had to call the airline to ask them to send me the tickets because studentuniverse just kept sending me the same confirmation email without tickets.
Hi, sorry this happened. Once the flight is booked, we will send out a confirmation email with airline booking number(s). With that number, you could go to the airline's website to check flight info if needed. When it is ticketed by the airline, you will also find your e-ticket number in the "upcoming trips" in the account.
