For some reason my card kept declining and the payment kept not going through. However, when I called, I was able to book the flights over the phone quickly and efficiently, but I had to pay a $10 fee.
My friend tried to pay for my ticket, since we are traveling together. The experience became scary and confusing when I was asked to provide a photo of the front and back of her credit card. The website us constatly trying to get the customers to add on and buy extra aervices, and it seems intentionally misleading, as if you have not already just paid for and confirmed the ticket. I don't like this, it seems sneaky. It makes me not trust the site bc it is not straightforward and simple. Buying an aurline ticket should be ckear and easy.
I appreciate the pricing! Definitely the only site that does what it says it does, which is provides better pricing for travel; making easier for our college student to come home.
