I had a good experience but was a little confused with the requested booking confirmation email after booking. To show that I got my booking confirmation email I had to fill out a review which I don't think is necessary.

I think you need to improve working of your website in India... because most of the times it's showing network error.

The website kept changing prices often which was disappointing.

For the most airlines the airlines, customer can pre-book the meal option for free. But its ridiculous that StudentUniverse charge for meal options.
