I would not have book without your immense help and guidance.

I booked a flight about a week ago and still haven't received my booking confirmation. However, student universe reached out to me to confirm if I had not received it yet, and I emailed them back saying I had not. They emailed me my booking confirmation and told me everything was all in order. All in all, the problem was minor but very quickly fixed.

I called to say I hadn't gotten my ticket info and they fixed it while I was still on the line. Such a relief!

Good timing on the website. A little confused about the charges. I was charged four times then each time was reimbursed. This included my ticket so I hope everything settles in a week.

You mistakenly charge me for travel protection but after many many attempts I was able to contact you to remove the charge. The only setback was it was very difficult to talk to a human, you just kept putting me on hold or cutting me short while I was on hold. I just hope that your customer service is better.

I don't write reviews usually but this is such a scam I hope to help someone save their money. They are not up front when purchasing the tickets. Once you get to check out they keep adding on additional fees and you end up paying more for a ticket here than on the actual airlines website. Don't trust this place.

The website and experience were adequate for the price point of the flights. My first frustration was that the multi city option does not allow you to book more than two flights at once. I was hoping to book a three leg trip in one go. The ability to see and sort flights and choose outbound and return flights separately is great. All the necessary information about layovers and baggage was easily accessible. As a side note, many offered flight combinations included extremely short layovers - some less than an hour for an international connection, which was not obvious unless you clicked for more details about the flight.

I attempted to book my flights less than 5 minutes after my initial query and was informed that the price had increased about $20. This was mildly frustrating but understandable. However, I was then informed that my booking had failed with no further explanation, and that the website was still "trying to book me onto the same or alternate flights." This was highly concerning as I did not wish to be booked onto alternate flights without approving them.

Ultimately, a representative called me and informed me the reason my booking failed was because of the price increase. This didn't make sense to me since I had already been advised of the change during the checkout process. The representative was able to manually book the flights for me - for a small additional fee. She was very nice and professional but the process was very drawn out with lots of redundant questions. Yes, I am aware the flight does not include a checked bag, for the fifth time. I also had an issue with the login process freezing up that made me ultimately have to refresh my search.

Overall I am happy I booked the flights I wanted for the price I did. I wish the checkout process had been smoother.

Student universe thank you for the deal but i have a small request kindly use otp or authentication before asking for credit card photos and ids as it seems hasty
