I ordered my bf a small dwayne wade jersey for his bday. Shipping was very fast but i recieved a large mens white&orange tennessee polo. Called and they did tell ne they woulf exchange it. I recieved my order today and it was the right product but wrong size. I called AGIAN and they said they were not allowed to exchange for a 3rd time! They could only give me my money back. They then told me nothing could be done. I will NEVER shop from here agian.
I have made an order on 24/7/2021 and still have not received it. After 4 complain emails i have no idea when they are going to deliver it. The estimated delivery date is still 11/8 btw.
Ordered a lebron jersey and payed for faster delivery and it took 2 weeks to receive. Horrible customer service when I called to see if they were delivering it by horse.
The NBA Store uses DHL to ship their products and it takes forever to get to you. You'll probably wear a different size by the time you get it. :) Took over 10 days to get from Las Vegas, NV to El Paso, TX (only 700 miles away)
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Ordered Raptors gear in June, massive delay, over a month to get it. Received the wrong item. Got a 2T in childrens white championship shirt and not the 2XL Black Lowry number championship shirt I ordered. Called, they send me a return label so I sent it back. Called today (they received the returned item August 12) to see why my shirt has been sitting in Mississauga since JULY 16! The guy on the phone proceeds to tell me I've already received my item. I explain to him that I did receive an item but that it was wrong and I already sent it back and to check the tracking number not the order number to see what I'm talking about. Get put on hold multiple times only to be told I did receive it and that he had two sets of eye look at this and that I basically stole the order they supposedly reshipped. They reluctantly issue me a refund to my PayPal. It shows up this morning and now its GONE! So I have no refund and no shirt. I will be calling back!
I ordered a Chicago Bulls set and i received a fake product. Different design, different sizing and different material. It's fake and they make you pay extra cost for returning
If I could rate this a NOTHING I would. Stay away from this site. My fourteen year old son wanted a Lakers jersey for his birthday. We followed the posted "size chart" HA! What a joke! When it arrived it fit my eleven year old, and was almost TOO SMALL. Aggravated because of the hassle I followed the instructions and returned it. I was already aggravated to find that there was a "restocking fee"... annnnnd you can't "exchange". You must return then reorder. Anyway, upon returning, they charge a restocking fee, and they keep the original shipping amount. So for every item returned they are "EARNING" money. BEWARE OF THIS SHADY STORE. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THE NBA ALLOWS THEM TO USE THEIR NAME. FAKE FAKE FAKE
I ordered a Jersey on 12/8/2016 as a Christmas gift. The jersey advertised a status of "in-stock" (for all sizes) on the web store. After I had not received any shipping confirmation for 3 days, I started logging into the site every day. The order status still said "new" after 6 days. On the 6th day (12/14/2016) I received an email saying my order could not fulfilled and would be refunded. I checked the webpage, and the jersey still showed "in-stock" with guaranteed delivery by 12/23 "or it's free." I replied to ask why my order had been cancelled and received a vague response that it might have been a computer glitch, and I was welcome to try to re-order. So I place another order for the jersey on 12/14/2016 (Still showed in-stock for the size I needed, with guaranteed delivery by 12/23 "or it's free."). Once again I did not receive any notifications. I had to log back onto the site. After 6 more days the order still said "new." On 12/21/2016 the status finally changed to 'refunded.' Later that night I received the same form letter email stating that my order could not be fulfilled. I immediately logged back onto their website on 12/22/2016, the jersey is still listed as "in-stock" in the size I need, with guaranteed delivery by 12/24. I tried to contact them via and e-mail and twitter and did not receive a response other than them asking me to DM my order number (which I did on 12/21) (no response as of 12/22). You know what? Screw it! Screw NBA Store. I will get my SO something else for Christmas. Fine. Never again NBAstore.com!
Deliveries are significantly delayed with no rational explanation. The customer service is there just to tick a box and not to help customers. Escalations and complaints aren't possible.
First I want to make this clear, NBAGEARSTORE.com is FRAUDULENT! NBA.com is legit (received my order from nba.com very quickly, and was very authentic!) I purchased a jersey for my godsons Christmas present, I was so excited because I finally found the one he wanted... little did I know this NBAGEARSTORE.COM is completely FAKE! The money was immediately taken out of my PayPal by the name of RACHEL WRIGHT, (not nbagear.com)! Customer service was only by email (no one ever responds) I never received a confirmation either. People are so disgusting, they take peoples hard earned money, while sitting on their couch eating bon bons in luxury, while we work like dogs for what we have! I'm appalled that this site is still up and running! BBB will be contacted ASAP!

These people are useless! I ordered two items on their website and was never sent an e-mail about progress on shipping. When I called myself they informed me that my items were out of stock. When I checked the website at that exact moment they were still selling these items without updating that they were out of stock. I ask to cancel my order and get a refund and they tell me it is too far along to do that. I call back the next day, now the story has changed (apparently only 1 of 2 is out of stock) I ask to cancel the order then, still cannot do that. I call back a third time, finally am able to cancel my order and receive a refund after fighting and arguing my way through it. The return and refund is issued and I get my money back, only for the next day to receive an email that my item is being shipped out to me. I call again, only to be told that if I receive the item I will be charged for it again as they have authorisation to do that. IDIOTS! I will NEVER order from them EVER again.
I contacted Customer Service for assistance. Took 9 days for a nonsensical response. The response was that I have to contact them for assistance. Like What? I AM contacting you! Are these guys drunk?
They don't even send tracking number even if they send it via post! Worst experience ever! I've asked for a refund and I'm waiting still after 30 days I've purchased the merchandise

I ordered a jersey from one NBA player (i. E. it was not a custom print) and it took them more than one month to send it which was an unacceptably long time. I tried to contact customer service several times in the meantime, and each time they were comming up with new excuses. First they lied that the item was shipped, which was obvious lie because tracking link was saying that order is being "processed" and not sent yet. Later they said that they need to "re-send" the item which caused additional waiting time. Then after more than one month of waiting, the item finally arrived.The jersey was packed unprotected and shipped in a cheap plastic bag, and all the prints appeared damaged and of low quality. The letters were almost falling off from the jersey. I will NEVER again buy from this store. I do not know how do they still have license to call themselfs an official NBA store.

I was helping my daughter purchase items for her boyfriend on both the NBAshop.com and NFLshop.com (owned by the affiliate I believe) as she had told me that she had placed the same order twice, and both times it was canceled and refunded. So I tried placing the same orders and low and behold, my orders were also canceled and refunded. I "chatted" with them to find out what processing errors that were found that would cause them to immediately cancel and refund in less than an hour.
The representative stated that she could not see what caused it but most likely it was because the billing address did not match the card info.
I know that this is BS because I make it a practice to review my info anytime I place an online order, and I use the exact same info each and every time.
The fact that they cannot give you a definitive answer as to why so you can make corrections is ridiculous and wastes consumers time.
It only took these two experiences for me to never use these two sites again, and will definitely pass my experience on to family and friends to help sway them away from wasting their time! So Kudos NBA/NFLshop.com, you really know how to push customers away.
Just had a "lovely"chat session with one of the reps regarding an order that was places a week ago today. Following my oprder, i received an email with confirmation that it was shipped, but the tracking number did not work so i thought to myself ok sure. It will get here soon it has been shipped- false! They didn't even ship it! No one had notified me that the email that was sent the day after my order, that it was false and that my item is not even on its way. I needed this item by a certain date as it was a birthday gift, so with the delay now i decided to order somewhere else since they didn't want to provide express shipping after they made a mistake. I then asked for the refund and the agent said it cant be canceled since its already processed! What is this?! They took my money right away and now they just want to keep it!
After a while, she said she will process a "ticket" and i will hear back from someone within 24-72 hours with their decision if they will cancel my order and refund me right away. This is ridiculous! I kept asking her questions and she kept saying thank you have a good day- didn't even try to resolve this for me even after I asked for a manager. I should have read the reviews before I placed an order! Dont order from them! Pay somewhere else a little more rather than this headache!
Ordered the wrong custom shirt and they were able to refund me and send the shirt anyway. Totally unexpected and I appreciate the effort. Not a bot :)
Answer: You have the same as me and many other people apparently. I ordered with express delivery, been waiting 8 days now and still not a single update. It's as if they took my money and have no intention of delivering anything.
