They promised delivery by Xmas or my money back. I ordered on Dec 15th, but delivery wasn't until the day after Xmas. They admit they were late but that I forgot to type in a promo code... What BS. I checked the box for expedited shipping that read guaranteed delivery by 12-24. Now they won't honor their guarantee. I'll never buy from them again.
When hoodie arrived it looked like a Youth Large but it was supposed to be a Men's Large. Their sizes run super small. The hoodie fit my daughter who is a women's medium. Alos, poor quality as compared to buying a similar hoodie at a local store. Will never order from here again.
Excited for the City Edition jersey so I bought it for $150. Thought it was a little high but it was the only place I could find it so I didn't think about it too much. I didn't notice anywhere to enter a custom name and the jersey in the picture had Jokic's name on it. I selected Jokic from a drop down menu as well, so nothing seemed unusual.
Then the same jersey went on sale 3 days later for half the price. So I tried to return the expensive one and they told me I couldn't because it was a "custom" jersey. But it has all the same tags as the swingman version, only they took it out of the plastic bag and cut the portion of the tag that says swingman on it off. Plus Jokic has an accent mark over the letter 'c' that I don't even think I could add if I typed in the name for a custom jersey.
I ordered 2 hoodies online, paid for 3 day delivery and here it is 10 days later and no hoodies for Christmas. When I Live chatted and got no where I called and spoke to a person who informed me it shipped standard not 3 day but not their problem. Spoke with supervisor who finally refunded my shipping costs but couldn't get another order resent 3 day as ordered, Now when I called again as shipping is further delayed due to Fedex issues because they are not in a hurry since it was sent standard delivery. Now they can't reship until tomorrow if I don't receive it but when I asked if they have the items they are out of stock! Very disappointing service and rude inconsiderate company. I don't even like spending my money with the NBA in general but wanted to get a gift for my kids that they really wanted. Customer Service is a joke and they really do not care about the customers. I will use Amazon next time. Merry Christmas!
I bought a jersey on this website only due to price and that it stated to ship same day. I thought perfect, 3-7 days shipping, maybe I'll get lucky and get closer to 3 than 7. I check back next day and it was still pending, the next day it said new. I had to call to get answers and the csr stayed there were shipping delays from that warehouse and was not sure when it would ship. First of all, someone should have contacted me. I ordered it due to price and ship times. If I knew it was going to take 2 days just to process I would have gone to the local pro shop. Now my package will arrive after my husbands birthday, my fault for waiting. When I expressed to the csr someone should contact me and now should expedite my shipment she was not able to do so. Expedited shipping was no lo longer being offered. These people have useless answer for everything. Not using them again.
NBA store provides crappy service and the shipping is crappy also. I ordered something for Christmas on 11/27/2018 and it will not arrive until December 28th! Customer service doesn't care about servicing their customers either. They are of NO HELP and they don't care!
Deliveries are significantly delayed with no rational explanation. The customer service is there just to tick a box and not to help customers. Escalations and complaints aren't possible.
I ordered a jersey from nba store on Nov 23rd and on Nov 24th I ordered a jersey from $#*!s Sporting Goods.
On Nov 28th I checked the status of my orders. The tracking information for jersey I ordered from $#*!s shows it will be arriving on Nov 29th which I think is efficient and great service!
On the flip side, when I checked on my order from nba store it is still showing as pending. I contacted customer service and was told that they'll be shipping my order on the 29th, and was told its expected to arrive on Dec 10th.
I find the nba store's snail pace method of processing and shipping orders to be very unprofessional and inconsiderate to customers and will never order anything from them again!
NEVER SHIPS WHEN PROMISED WITH NO ANSWERS FROM ANYONE OR EXPLAINATIONS. Don't bother with customer service no one has any information. Ever.
I ordered my bf a small dwayne wade jersey for his bday. Shipping was very fast but i recieved a large mens white&orange tennessee polo. Called and they did tell ne they woulf exchange it. I recieved my order today and it was the right product but wrong size. I called AGIAN and they said they were not allowed to exchange for a 3rd time! They could only give me my money back. They then told me nothing could be done. I will NEVER shop from here agian.
Ordered the wrong custom shirt and they were able to refund me and send the shirt anyway. Totally unexpected and I appreciate the effort. Not a bot :)
Order Tshirts and was a 2 day delivery 2weeks later still no t-shirts I was better off going to my local sport store like $#*!s or champs. Never again I will anything from them!
I ordered a jersey and hat for my bf while they were having a 25% off promo. During check out, I was shown the final price and that the discount code applied to both items. Once I finalized the purchase, my order summary showed that I had been charged full price for both items! I called customer service right away and was told that the discount did not apply to the jersey but she can "make an exception" and give me the discount for the hat only. I don't understand why the jersey would be shown in a discounted price yet I was not able to receive that price. I just gave up and asked for a refund. A few days later I realized I was given less money back than what was taken out of my account. Called customer service again and was told nothing could be done since it was a conversion difference. The service provided by the reps both times were extremely unhelpful and unapologetic. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.
I paid for 2 day shipping on 12/19, and said item would be there by 12/23 in time for XMAS, but did not show up until 12/28. Tracking #: ************** I will never use this site again. I called 3 times and got disconnected eventually all 3 times!
Just had a "lovely"chat session with one of the reps regarding an order that was places a week ago today. Following my oprder, i received an email with confirmation that it was shipped, but the tracking number did not work so i thought to myself ok sure. It will get here soon it has been shipped- false! They didn't even ship it! No one had notified me that the email that was sent the day after my order, that it was false and that my item is not even on its way. I needed this item by a certain date as it was a birthday gift, so with the delay now i decided to order somewhere else since they didn't want to provide express shipping after they made a mistake. I then asked for the refund and the agent said it cant be canceled since its already processed! What is this?! They took my money right away and now they just want to keep it!
After a while, she said she will process a "ticket" and i will hear back from someone within 24-72 hours with their decision if they will cancel my order and refund me right away. This is ridiculous! I kept asking her questions and she kept saying thank you have a good day- didn't even try to resolve this for me even after I asked for a manager. I should have read the reviews before I placed an order! Dont order from them! Pay somewhere else a little more rather than this headache!
I ordered two products one day shipping n received one n didnt receive the other and they had basically no excuse as to why and acted as if my time was valuable when I had informed them I had waited at home all day to recover my order the agents were rude and inconsiderate the product which I did receive was damaged and they acted as if it wasnt a big deal dating it happens the issues no refunds I will never order thru nba.com ever again and I advise everyone to take ur business else where the agents left me on hold for over thirty minutes one agent a female agent used profanity and raised her voice several times almost as if she was upset that I was calling about my item that was damaged. She said unfortunately things happen and issued no apology or accountability on there end. I was shocked at how they handlers things
I ordered 2 mugs off of this site for $30.2 months later the 76ers logo falls off of one of them. These mugs without the logo would otherwise cost 25 cents. I messaged their customer service about this and they told me to wait 2-3 days. I wait 4-5 days and get no answer. I message them again and it's the same thing, I wait a week and again nobody gets back to me. I message them a third time and they now tell me that the 90 day policy for returns has passed! They made me wait out the time for their policy to expire... ridiculous, I am never going to buy anything from them again.
WOW! Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! I ordered 5 Golden State items immediately after they won the championship. First off their system was all screwed up that night so they charged my credit card for TWO IDENTICAL ORDERS! I waited nearly two weeks for my items to arrive and then finally contacted customer service to find out what the hold up was. I was told they were special event items that took a little longer but was ASSURED ALL ITEMS would be shipped no later than June 30th. It is NOW July 30th and I still have NOT RECEIVED the jacket I ordered. When I did FINALLY receive the other four items on my order one of the shirts had a hole in it. I contacted customer service to find out where the HELL my jacket was and tell them about the hole in the shirt. I was told the jacket would NOT SHIP until get this October 30th and that it was posted on the website. I still DO NOT SEE ANYWHERE that states this jacket will not ship until October 30th and I certainly saw no mention of it when I ordered it. In addition I was told ALL the items on my order would ship no later than June 30th. They did offer to refund or replace the shirt withe the hole however after 3 more emails to them - I still have yet to see a replacement shirt or get a response.
If I could rate this a NOTHING I would. Stay away from this site. My fourteen year old son wanted a Lakers jersey for his birthday. We followed the posted "size chart" HA! What a joke! When it arrived it fit my eleven year old, and was almost TOO SMALL. Aggravated because of the hassle I followed the instructions and returned it. I was already aggravated to find that there was a "restocking fee"... annnnnd you can't "exchange". You must return then reorder. Anyway, upon returning, they charge a restocking fee, and they keep the original shipping amount. So for every item returned they are "EARNING" money. BEWARE OF THIS SHADY STORE. I CAN NOT BELIEVE THE NBA ALLOWS THEM TO USE THEIR NAME. FAKE FAKE FAKE
I received an email that package would be delivered Monday, June 26,2017. Sad to say they did not deliver and birthday party was held for son who was devastated since his t-shirt did not arrive. Not only that but now there is no delivery date just a question mark on the tracking. So much for free delivery service. Which was stated at the time of order free shipping via Fed Ex but NBA Store in order to save money handed it off to US Postal Service and we all know they are undependable NBA Store attempts to cover their behind by changing delivery date on order. They do not keep their word on delivery. We will never oder from them again. We refuse to do business with people that don't keep their word. I might be only one person but I wonder how many other people have been disappointed and not stated their displeasure.
Answer: You have the same as me and many other people apparently. I ordered with express delivery, been waiting 8 days now and still not a single update. It's as if they took my money and have no intention of delivering anything.
