I ordered a lot of jerseys about a month ago, 1500bucks worth, They said the order was under review and I would receive a reply within 24hrs. 72prs passed by and no response, so I sent a follow up email asking them to just cancel my order.
3 weeks go by, and all of the sudden, I receive a package from DHL. No prior notification whatsoever from customer service from both of my emails.
Ok, so whatever. As long as I receive my package, I was okay with it. But no... it doesnt end there. I ordered a Lebron MVP Jersey which was about 200bucks, the most expensive item in my order, and it was missing, in addition I ordered a lot of Rui Hachimura jersey I was planning on giving to friends and family (16pcs) only 14 arrived.
I didnt know if someone tampered with my package during transportation or if NBA store just forgot, but I contact them AGAIN about the situation, and I also contacted DHL to see if my package was tampered with.
DHL was very quick to look into the matter, their response time was flawless.
5 days go by, and I FINALLY receive an email from customer service.
Their response: We are currently have no stock of Lebron MVP Jersey, and we have no idea when we will get more.
WTF!?
If you cant deliver exactly what the customer ordered, dont fkn bill them for the whole order, furthermore you should FIRST notify the customer about the shortage in qty and ask confirmation if they would still like to proceed with the order or not. ( I had already planned on ordering through fanatics so I would have much rather NBA cancel my order altogether) but nooooo, they decide you dont even get that option, to bill you the full amount and ship you a shortage order.
Simply the WORST customer experience ever. Considering the revenue increase NBA is experiencing the last few years, it sure wouldnt hurt to put more resources into customer service for the products you are selling. I will never buy from nbastore again.
I placed an online order on December 8th (remind you the order is in stock) and received a confirmation email with my order number indicating that it takes 5 business days to process and that I will receive my order in the mail on or before December 23rd. On December 16th, I did a follow up call to customer service as I had not received my tracking number at this point and all the rep could tell me was that my order was pending and that there wasn't any update on the order and I was probably looking on receiving this order into the new year. Remind you this is a secret santa gift that I need on Christmas! The rep assured me that she would send an email over to the warehouse so they can expedite my order so I can receive it as soon as possible and that someone from the warehouse would be in touch. Guess what?! NO ONE contacted me! So I call again on December 19th to customer service demanding for an update on my order and the gentleman told me that he still see's my order from December 8th still pending and that he has re-ordered the item with an overnight shipment and that I should receive it by December 21st. He assured me I would receive a new tracking number by email. Guess what?! I NEVER RECEIVED that new tracking number. So here we are again on December 20th and I called again and they can't tell me any update on my order from December 8th still and they are indicating the new order that the gentleman re-ordered will not be delivered on December 21st but December 27th instead! But they can still not give me an original update on my order from December 8th. So with that being said this company is a complete total RIP OFF! They take your money right away out of your account but allow your order to linger in the air and not provide you with an update of when you'll receive it. So I'll be sitting here until I am old and gray waiting on my order that is just floating.
